独分离训练。因为三头的重量不好报所以没怎么报过。这么说吧，那种三头extension
的机器，抓绳子往下拽的。如果动滑轮，二根绳子吊的，几年前就200多磅了。如果是
一根绳子吊的，120磅，还能做好几下。本磅这个能比我做更多的应该不多，事实上我
在我们学校gym 没见过这个项目比我做的更重的。我卧推三头从来不是瓶颈。 |
