也就1秒，我再出48，马上又被告知被outbid $1，我出到51，才暂时领先。
这是怎么回事？ebay是不是可以设置自动outbid别人啊？ |

的offer出多少。跟listing agent一个公司的，还指望她能搞点内幕消息。
你妈等了半年才有两个看上去合适的房子，都被抢了。
看来以后只能直接找listing agent了。
multiple offer的情况直接找listing agent管用吗？

到5.45刀之后，马上就说我outbid了，价格就到了5。65刀。开始我以为是还有其他人
也在bid，所以我就继续bid，总共bid了四次，价格最后到了7块多，但每次都是outbid
，然后看最后bid的次数是6，就是说整个过程就只有我一个人在bid，那为什么我的出
价老是会被outbid呢？

back to market，原先抢到房的人没申请到mortgage，问我要不要再下offer。
75k的要价，现在同一栋楼里面同样的两套regular sale叫价都110k左右, bubble年代
曾经卖十八九万。上次我给了79k的cash offer被人十万多的抢走了，这次我给更低，
只有77k,兴趣没有上次大了。
不知道都谁在抢这些forclosure房，被人outbid过的两个forclosure听说最后成交价都
和现在的市价相差不过10%。 |

断在ＵＷＳ看房。也不求能有什么回报了，只要put 50% down，房租扣除各项支出后能
大致break even的就行。一看到有这类可以park money的目标就下offer，但每次都被
别人outbid，其中不少买家都是all cash。
几周前出现了一个不错的condo，整栋大楼状态很好。这个unit状态一般，随便弄弄用
来出租最好了。首次open house门可罗雀，觉得机会来了。再次open house其实就已经
想下offer了。不料到了一看，里面挤满了中国人，大部分明显都是短期来美或刚来美
人士，身边大都带着一个看着象法轮功，但态度很殷勤谄媚的buyer agent。大概就是
传说中那些不但不给买家rebate，反而还额外向买家收“手续费”的主儿。
当时已经觉得不妙，再加上眼看现在利率越来越高，附加费用亦不菲。于是把心一横，
决定如老袁所说，丢那妈顶硬上，也出个all cash offer。

second chance offer，感觉不太对劲：
1. 此人最近一次有个差评，总共也就 32 个评价，85.7%
2. 最后十秒钟三个人出价，我用的 sniper，被另外两个 outbid。
最后的 winning bidder 是 0 记录，怀疑是马甲
现在还不到 8 个钟头，我就收到 second chance offer，另一个
比我出价高一点的 bidder 为什么没有收到 second chance，或者
收到后据绝了？

理由remove掉。
LZ这种情况一般是
starting bid = 0.99
A bid = $120, shown as 0.99
B bid = $1.25, got out bid
B bid = $2, outbid
...
...
...
...
B bid =100 outbid.
bid price is now $102.5
于是在best match搜索排名里下降无数。在lowest price搜索排名里下降无数…… |

第二高价高几块吧，具体算法不详。
两个人设立最高价，当然是比谁的高。如果你的最高价高于对手，则对手设定最高价时
候会马上被系统提示outbid，等于系统在帮你outbid他。反之亦然。 |

但是还要一个礼拜才能finalize，
具体的number还不知道，只说了一个大概的范围；
因为我比较喜欢A，已经打定主意接受了；
但是这时候B公司忽然对我有兴趣，
我本来想推掉面试的，后来想想反正A也没出official
的offer，不如为求保险起见在面试一个，
等到A的正式offer来了就退出；
结果B的HM手脚极其麻利，一个礼拜就
全安排完面试，今天通知我和B的HR联系
做paperwork，告诉我他们打算compete
with A；
因为我知道做package还是要花点时间的，
而且也准备去A了，所以打算就做个好人通知
B的猎头说我退出了，结果B的猎头说如果听都不听B
的offer就据他们的话很伤人品，不如听一听再说
，况且B愿意把offer open到A的offer出来，
对我没坏处；我心里暗想如果B出了比A高的价我还是拒了
他们岂不是他们更加没面子？
因为我已经比较倾向于A了所以才打算nice一点，
节省大家的时间，不过听猎头这样一说，
倒是犹豫起来。好像现在就据掉B确实会让B

其说是“风险小”列表，不如说是“房子难涨地区列表”。试论证一二：
1. 常言道“强者恒强，弱者恒弱”。NYC, SF地区房价高企不是一年两年了，支撑房价
的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？

Chevy dealer准备砍价买Equinox了，Ford的那家打电话说可以和用了，于是今天大早
上就直接跑过去了，从9点熬到12点半终于拿到车。总共是$22.250 OTD, after $5250
rebate + additional discounts, 比昨天晚上定价来到报价还便宜500刀，一问才知道
今天是3月份第一天，ford多加了$500的rebate，看来坚持是有收获的。 感冒很重，尤
其LD，所以都筋疲力竭了。迷迷糊糊的被忽悠加了$1000 的各种package，回家倒头睡
过后就后悔了。不过也无所谓，因为昨天早上我给他们$23.3k的最终报价还被拘了。
我碰到的这家sell agent实在太热心了，从头到尾一直是他帮着我和他boss沟通，我都
没见过他们的managers。这个$500他们不给我，我还不知道了。我很推荐他，有离VA
Beach近的想考虑入2013Edge等等的可以找我，我给你他的联系方式。
