我在Harvard Extension School的Institute for English Language Programs 上上课
。每周两次，周二和周四各一次。

上个礼拜从广州排舞回来发现短短几天脸好像又瘦了一些 应该是每天都出汗消耗的关
系所以体重也有所减轻好的是之后刚好要拍一些宣传照片所以还是比较满意这一组照片
中的脸型(昨晚和两个好兄弟约见 弟妹非要说我整型了我说也没有这么不成功的吧..><
) 不过不用担心会太瘦因为这两天在家里疯狂吃喝并且是宵夜为主绝对又把之前损失的
体重补回来了昨天和前天晚上的歌友会比较顺利谢谢前去捧场的朋友们也谢谢你们的礼
物 明天飞回去参与<谢谢你陪我一起过>混音部分的工作晚些还有约见乐队商讨关于舞
会曲目的问题 工作是比较繁忙但心情基本上正常.. 很多时候没有办法让周围的事情都
如人所愿喜欢做的东西做好了是件很享受的事 未必喜欢的东西做好了也是种负责和专
业 对任何别的什么人什么东西负责都好在限定的条件下只能尽量保持专业而争取以后
更多为自己负责的机会和自由.. 可怜我是双鱼座 少不了些起伏和压抑 多亏我是双鱼

苏醒为个唱将闭关一月 远赴美国苦练舞蹈(图)
近日，苏醒正在北京闭关筹备4月25日的Allen’s Dance 苏醒·2008舞动北京音乐会，
由于这次是生平第一次开个人演唱会，所以公司及苏醒本人对本场演唱会非常的重视，
所以此次苏醒推掉大部分工作，专心准备演唱会。并且据称苏醒将要远赴美国进行专业
的演唱会和舞蹈训练。
记者采访到天娱公司本次演唱会负责人李涛，他表示：由于苏醒的演唱会含大量的舞蹈
内容，是7场演唱会舞蹈最多的，基本上80%的歌曲都要配合舞蹈内容，并且很多歌曲也
是第一次尝试边唱边跳。所以无论是对于苏醒的舞技，还是对于苏醒的体力都是一个巨
大的挑战。对于苏醒远赴美国的事情，现在公司还在做最后的安排，这几天就会有结果

随着4月25日“Allen’s Dance Party苏醒·2008舞动北京音乐会”的时间一天天逼进
，为了带给众多醒目们一场声色宴会，让所有歌迷满意而归，苏醒近日特意向天娱公司
请假，远赴广州“拜师学艺”，秘密展开了地狱式的舞蹈排练。
作为出道以来的首次个人演唱会，天娱公司和苏醒本人都十分看重。对待工作一向亲历
亲为、精益求精的苏醒再次扮演导演的角色，将自己的首次个唱主题定位于舞蹈为主。
这对于从歌唱比赛中出道，一直以唱功见长的苏醒来说，可谓一次巨大考验！苏醒的舞
蹈功底曾经在快男比赛的舞台上及今年1月其西安个人歌友会上有过一些展现，一直都
让众多歌迷恋恋不忘。
