这个一般写点什么，说说我的research是什么？需要说点我的research area怎么和现
有的faculty互补吗？申请的地方没人和我做的方向一样，所以我要想谈谈的话，需要

些问题需要给出solution outline吗？如果给出来了，我觉得会让reviewer觉得
trivial啊：既然都知道怎么解了，根本用不了3-5年去解决。。。
我原来老板是只列问题，说我们去研究；可是也有人说，要列解决方案，让人家觉得“
给你钱的话，你明天就能开始干了。。”

I got another either RLs: three from who cited my works, two from editors,(
Thanks, Bigbee!) and three from experts in my field.

(2) Evidence to original and Majorly significant contribution.

自己觉得三项都比较弱，在回复REF的时候也没有大的变化，唯一就是大概引用从９９
涨到１０３。我也看了一些其他网友的经验怎样把自己归到small percentage. 我觉得
太费劲，没有用。我很庆幸自己没有急着回复，让我有机会看到了以下这位网友的经验
铁，受益匪浅。

，再充实了一些内容。我觉得这样突出了重点，一目了然。可能跟其他PL里的模板区别
不大。不过如果能真正做到条理清楚、内容简洁、重点突出，基本上就没问题了。
