installed the service. He drilled hole on the outside of the wall and pulled
the cable from outside to inside. I asked him to put the temporary cable on
one side of the house (which goes through bushes), he agreed. Everything

你理解的有问题，如果是salary 但是职责不符合要求，例如一个年薪8万刷马桶的。。
。那么这哥们只要工作超过40小时，超时工资就要按 80,000/52/40= 38.46 (基础工资
）*1.5 = $57.69 支付。
在这里，salary 与否和他exempt是无关的。
反过来，如果一个快餐店manager 收入只有$420/周，但他的职责完全符合要求，他也
不是exempt的。 如果他工作超过40小时每周，也要被支付超时工资。

Builder的agent当然想让我选builder自己的lender，之前的pre-approval也是用
builder的lender做的。但是我自己也有和另外一家朋友推荐的mortgage公司联系。
但是现在快到30 day to close date了，我又两边quote了一下，builder lender比
outside lender rate高了将近1%，而且outside lender还有更多的credit. 我打电话
去问builder sales能否换lender，sales坚持说如果现在换成outside lender会无法按
时close，要话时间appraisal等等，说很多final documents 只有builder的lender才
能提前拿到，outside lender很晚才拿到，delay escrow每天要交$700罚款。说刚刚有
个客户就被罚了。
我感觉他们就是故意吓唬我，设置各种困难希望我选builder自己的lender，我感觉很
不爽，但是又真是不确定能否按时close。

不是说那么紧，不过换lender的话也要赶快开始了，还来得及，也应该能够按时close。
您的builder的lender所说的“final document只有builder的lender才能拿到”应该是
指Loan document，Certificate of Occupancy以及最后的appraisal completion
report。Loan docs基本上close之前7-10天就应该可以拿到了，Certificate of
Occupancy即使是close之前一天拿到都行，给lender做一个funding review就好。
Appraisal Completion Report的话，房子close之前一星期会通utility，让appraiser
去照几张照片，第二天report就能出来。
