machines are new now, to swipe citi AA EXEC(with chip), POS must read chip
too to get approval, that's an extra step compared to no-chip cc. |

刷OV, 然后出现change payment和cancel (至少够反应时间)，选择change payment后
按照步骤来就行了。 |

center找小2，小二说我这是credit 卡，于是我照着cancel大法来。但是我压根就没有
看到有payment option，小二是新机子，超级热心....都把机子充死机了。然后我去了
另外一家walmart用atm，和在小二那里一样，刷完ov直接就变成签名那一列了，请问到
底怎么办才好？到底为什么不行？在线等，急，谢谢各位了 |

三大药店卖的Visa gift card基本都是OV或者Vanilla的；Kroger卖的是US Bank的；
Staples卖最大面值200刀的Metabank VGC，哪家店有500刀的Metabank VGC卖？
PS：官网有1000刀的VGC卖，但据说很费劲 |

will flood to metabank and us bank VGC and kill them soon. remember early
April when white vanilla died, you suddenly saw people new to the walmart
loading had a thick stack of OV to load? These people now will flood to
Kroger and Safeway to buy out all $500 VGCs |

be a big incentive for me, because OV is very easy to buy at big quantity,
but not so for USBank or Metabank VGC. |

快要打通的时候突然停工，以民工工资等为掩护，大肆敲诈勒索施工单位，这在业界几
乎人所共知，可谓是臭名昭著。这是信誉严重缺失的结果，这样的人怎么会得到银行的
信任？银行是商业化运作的行业，本来就有买卖自由、交易自由的权利，没有理由强迫
银行替那些不讲信誉的人买单。

，小二的机器里先出了张条：
We're sorry! This transaction can not go through right now. Please try again
later or check the package to contact the card issuer"
我还没来得及看呢，又出来张刷成功的。感觉查红鸟余额，发现都冲进去了，想不出什
么问题，就撤了~

Just for anyone out those that try to load Serve at FD and fail due to
either
1. Attempted to load a 2nd $500 load (bad mistake given what we know)
2. Didn't realize that someone else maybe 10 minutes before you loaded $500
to Serve (not your fault)
You have to make sure when the transaction at FD fails that you ask the FD
cashier to swipe your debit card again in order to have the $500 refunded to
your debit card and that should clear up the FD POS system when this occurs.
