的是体检。体检一共也就10来分钟，也没什么大的concern,最后自己要求验血。后来，
医院它作为Office visit报给了医疗保险公司。由于有deductible,OV要自己全部付费
。今天第二次给他们打电话要求改正，他们说已经review了，说根据看病情况，不能更
改。请问这是为什么？ |

fred meyer, qfc都差不多5.69，所以我就随便哪里买了。whole foods 自己牌子的牛
奶也是ov生产的，原来只要3.99一加仑，现在4.99
鸡蛋的话有机的fred meyer 3.69吧。costco的有机蛋不新鲜的感觉。。。
一般的牛奶没那么贵，多是2。5左右阿。

at the international level, you HAVE to play for a country.

baseball, volley ball, etc. Teams win, not individual players, in team
sports.
so only the best from each nation/region compete in international events
such as SS. It's not related to the distinction between individual and team
sports.

defensive oriented hands. If you bid, 2NT can often be a wrong spot I believe.
When you can make 2NT with 3-3-3-4, you can usually get more tricks in defense.
Still, I belive 3NT over 3D doesn't garantee balanced shape:
I would bid 3NT with: SKJxx Hx DAQx CAxxxx, because if I rebid 3S,
my partner would never be able to bid 3NT.
Anyway, I think it's seldom right to double with 4-4-0-5 shape here.

整理院子，除杂草花了一个小时，也是一身汗。如果不是因为在练P90X，
我有可能就不锻炼了，呵呵。本来应该是PlyoX的，但是热身的时候发现
跳跃时腰有点不对。应该是拔草的时候腰累着了点。为了安全起见，我决

QB。这么简单的任务，都不敢接这个offer，尼玛，我也是醉了，前面的包子没法兑现了
现在STRONG已经开始面试他的第二选择了，来自tulsa的Sterlin Gilbert. 这个周末
STRONG就要host大批的OV，现在必须要尽快把OC定下来，OC尽快招募别的进攻组教练，
然后strong才能focus到招生。
虽然Sterlin Gilbert只是第二选择，但至少也叫过一年的play-call了，如果周末前能

样小学校的教练都据了我们的offer。
昨天看上去板上钉钉的新OC，大家都期待新的Gilbert能够幇我们力挽狂澜，然后整个
Austin也都在为此欢欣鼓舞。结果今天人家就把我们的offer给据了。不是我不愿意给
大家发包子，关键是STRONG太不给力了，看上去这回他也无力回天了。
实在怀疑strong当HC的能力，找第一候选的时候，亲自登门拜访，专机接送，3年，百
万年薪，然后被人家据了；而到了第二候选，把人家喊过来面试，面试完了，好几天不
给offer，还骑驴找马的去面试别的OC，最后才给了2年，六七十万，难怪人家不爽。剩
下的第三候选，是Cal的那个老头，已经面试了，但没有人相信，一个快60的老头了，
愿意帮着strong背这个锅，哪怕来了，估计也就混个大合同然后等strong被fire了，正
好退休而已。
这个周末还是大recruitment，招来了那么多好苗子OV，结果现在连教练都还没招来。
。。估计大部分都要悲剧了。
