spill over名额（不知从哪里来的），而我们还在用7%配额，最终还是要按PD捆绑，好
像没多大区别吧。不知道能折腾出啥来。难道不是因为中国人申请数太少而抢不到更多
的spill over 吗？如果年度末最终中印不捆绑还值得折腾 |

发帖数: 500 | 3 支持。 不管怎样， 早点 SPILL OVER 还是 应该 利 远远大于弊的。 有人整天和 A3 泄气。 有什么用， 好像A3占了光。 实际上对 EB2-I 和 EB2-C 都是有利的。 不利的 只有 EB3-I。
因为，EB3 每年PORT 的 会越来越多。 如果 每年都到 秋季在SPILL OVER. 而在年中， 让这些 EB3 PORT 后， 有 充足时间绿。反而保证了 EB3 转 EB2 马上绿， 减少了 秋季的 SPILLOVER. 反过来，更刺激 大量的 EB3 -> EB2. |

那个你是不能避免的，quarterly spill over只对1年以内能拿绿卡的人有用，对后面
的人没有啥影响。Eb3 转Eb2不马上绿，夏天 spill over的时候照样排你前面绿，这个
影响是很小的，和07那个不同。而且照你这么说，啥提前递交485这个也不用搞了，可能
不少A3也在等485，要是不能提前交，可能人家等烦了就放弃回印度了，你咋不去说这个？
这个就是07年all current留下的弊病，许多A3得以留下来485排队等绿卡了 |

个书面的回复。
上个月，LIA EB2 小组与NIU的Jellyfish 有一个关于推动quarterly spill over的电
话会议。我们共同认为这个项目的受益人有限，而且在短期内恐怕难见成效，所以我们
会采用给议员写信的办法来推动这个项目。虽然大家对这个做法的效果表示怀疑，但其
耗费很少，以NIU和LIA的现有基金就可以推动，不需要大家筹款。
当然，如果有很多朋友愿意采用专用游说的办法，LIA也可以负责联系，并专款专用。

1 fy2006 - eb少批了六千四百张，fb少批了七千一百张，而在fy2007，eb刚好多批了
一万四千。
2 fy2007 - fb少批了两万三千，而在fy2008， eb刚好就多批了两万三千张。
3 fy2009 - fb少批了一万来张，而在fy2010，eb有刚好多批了一万多张。
4 fy2011 - fb少批了五千张，是否意味2012，eb会批十四万五千张吗？
这spill-over不是不可以carry over的吗？大家怎么看?
此外，去年九月发过一贴子，不知是否还有意思，仅供参考。当时看着排气哗啦啦的进
，意味就是自己在糊弄自己。

都一万多的库存。每年EB3I upgrade的就把自己的限额吃光了，也就是说每年一万大几
千的名额只能让烙印前进大概一年。EB2C每年吃自己的限额，差不多能前进一年多，刚
好吃不上spill over. 没有CIR和其他改变的情况下，老中就只能吃自己的限额了，除
非每年有两万往上的spill over, 我们才能吃点渣渣。我们要行动起来，团结在NIU的
周围，发出愤怒的吼声啊！！！！ |

多都是开70-75mile，结果我加速超一个卡车的时候，被躲在草丛里面的警察闪灯，抓
住并开了一个85miles的罚单。位置在North Hudson Town。警察pull over的时候，然
后问我开了多少mile，我自己说75mile，其实是80mile左右。结果被开了罚单，罚单下
面写了：You substantially stated as follows: 75 miles
教训：如果被警察pull over，千万不要说你自己超速了，最好的办法就是装无辜，“
我不知道我开了多少，没注意”，千万不要说自己开了多少，美国的警察不会因为你认
错就对你网开一面，他会利用你说的话来对付你。

我正在打开小区的铁门，警察大叔在后面广播：前面的车靠右边停下！
我吓的赶紧停到右边了，打开车窗，警察大叔走上来，说，你知不知道加州的法律规定
不准在前面的玻璃上贴膜，也不许在后视镜上挂那么大的东西的。
我吓死了，后视镜我的确挂了东西，可是膜，哪有膜啊。。
我说，我的车有贴膜的吗。。。?我买来就这样的。
他指了指玻璃的边缘处,说:你看这.
我这才发现，的确有膜，但是颜色非常的浅，不仔细看是看不出来的。
我吓死了，我说，我真不知道，我买来这车就是这样的了。
警察说，如果开给你罚单，要175块了。
我说，对不起，对不起，我一定立刻去除。
他说，你打算怎么去除？
我说，我回家后找工具，或者找人来帮我去。。。
他说，你要自己除的话，XX店有卖工具的，8块钱。
我说哦，那我去买了回家除。

为不是很熟悉快到我右转的路口才反应过来，这时候变道到右道，然后滑了几米直接右
转了（绿灯）。并道的时候有看后视镜觉得后车离的有一定距离。但是转弯完成后后车
确实beep了一下，我想是因为我并道后又要右转所以没踩油门吧。后车估计点了下刹车
，但是绝对没踩死。
情况说明完了，先道个歉，这种行为确实后车不会喜欢。被pull over了警察很强硬，
给我开了张 22100(a) right turn violation的non-correctable violation，上面说
让在12月11号之前去traffic court，没写罚金的事。本人初来乍到，在德州也从没吃
过ticket（加州警察闻名不如见面啊），想请教大家几件事：
1）这种情况一定要去court吗？是不是过几天会收到罚款的金额，如果我认罪，就只交
罚款就行了。
2）如果我1)的假设成立，是不是我因为第一次violation可以选择上课，然后不会被扣
分，保险是不是也不会影响。

发帖数: 1 | 34 我是Delaware的留学生，放春假开车到Virginia Beach玩。 结果在Lankford HWY 被
pull over。当时是跟在一辆皮卡后面开，然后警察从侧面出来跟上来，我没注意到是
undermark的警车，然后皮卡就让开了。 我紧接着超了过去，结果被pull over。 整个
过程被我的行车记录仪拍下来了，GPS还记录了速度，最高速有79 mph。
警察上来就问我你知道自己干什么了？我说是不是speeding。后来给我开了一张罚单，
上面是显示激光测速， 74/55。超了19 mph，就勉强低于reckless driving。警察说需
要上庭才知道罚金，但是可以打电话给法庭不用本人出庭。
现在不知道是不是要请律师无罪辩护，还是直接认罪。哪种费用更低，影响更小？无罪
辩护成功率高吗？请各位大神指点。 |

昨天从DC回maryland的时候，在georgetown附近，GPS指示一直往前走。前面有个很小
的分岔路口，不知道路口有无标志（可能前方有one-way我没看见，因为天色不好）就
进了one-way。之后被警察pull over，开了罚单，150美刀，查了一下如果我是MD驾照
的话会扣一点driving record，打电话去保险公司，说这个不会直接影响到保险，
discount什么的就难说了。回头看警察开给我的罚单，本来是sandy brown的车，警察
写了颜色是silver，不知道这点是否可以作为连警察都看不清我颜色，天色不好的证据
呢？黑白色牌子的one-way就更不是那么容易辨认了。

cassette is 11-32, just meet the capacity. I plan to change cassette to 11-
34, 2 teeth over rear derailleur capacity. I searched internet. Many people
say no problem. I think so, too.
Anybody here tried it, over rear derailleur capacity?

long par3, since designers like to test every aspect of your game,
especially, those reputable designers. going to the range and sharping long
game would be the easiest way to attack it. Otherwise you would not feel
confident over the tee.
I saw many friends lay up for those par3s as you did, work very well for
them. the goal is to tee off and get around 180-190, then a short pitch or
