1) register 卡的时候选上pay over time
2）如果register的时候忘了选，没关系，从online account里 remove这张卡

3)打电话给客服，要求cancel pay over time enrollment
4)客服cancel成功，去10000点的link 重新enroll，成功
5)注意，由于客服水平参差不齐，有的当时就能给你cancel成功，

在纽约好像MB违章很容易被pull over可能是警察都觉得肉肥，好宰。有一天在不到1
mile看到三辆MB被pull over，还都是S。第一辆是傻，警车在前面禁行区呆着，他也敢
穿禁行区查到主道上。后面转个弯又看到两个MB被pull over。高峰堵车时段。
另外在高速上主要看到被pull over的都是做工的皮卡和comercial Van，并且都很破的
那种。是不是警车觉得这类不大不小不老实的车才是事故的源泉。
还一类就是老款的civic，accord这类的，还改装加个尾翼什么的，浑身漆没一块周正
的。纽约278上JFK的桥那段，一天到晚看到这类车被pull over。
还有一类最他妈冤，开的好好的被便衣pull over了，还一上去就拉出来给绑了，老黑
居多。然后便衣就开始搜身搜车。
呵呵！要说我怎么知道是便衣呢？人家枪把子都漏外面了，绑的也不用手铐，直接一塑
料紧固带就够了。
老黑别看在外面很威风，在条子面前一样软的像面瘫，该绑就绑，该搜就让你搜。绝不
象老中那么啰嗦，也不象老白那样要什么米兰达。 |

我之前在VANGUARD有一个ROLL OVER IRA，里面的钱是PRE-TAX的。后来我又放了一些
AFTER-TAX的钱进去（因为低于某个数目要收维护费）。本来公司的401K在VANGUARD,
现在用了另一个公司。
最近我在VANGUARD又开了TRADITIONAL 和ROTH IRA， 从ROLL OVER IRA里面转了一些钱
到这两个账户里面。
后来做了研究，发现操作错误，我这样ROTH里面有PRE和after-TAX的钱，以后收入要按
比例交税。
如果要做BACK DOOR ROTH, 需要先把ROLL OVER IRA的钱全部转到401K里面清零，再设
立TRADITIONAL 和ROTH IRA，存税后的钱到TRADITIONAL, 再转ROTH。
我有如下几个问题：
1）不在同一个公司，ROLL OVER 和TRADITIONAL IRA可以转去现在的401K吗？

起来。
而真正的原唱欧阳菲菲的版本，我以前并没有听过。这首颇有欧美音韵的优美歌曲却是
日本词曲作家依藤薰的杰作，由欧阳菲菲于1984年在日本首次发表在她的一张日语歌专
辑中。这首歌和那张专辑都获得巨大成功，至今这首歌已被多次翻唱。
打动我的不仅是这首歌的旋律，还因为over这个词。love is over在歌曲中多次重复，
