成本上看，电瓶车的优势不是一星半点。电瓶车的寿命长。如丰田已经停产的RAV4EV，
用Tesla的电池技术。从多年实际使用经验估计，22万英里后电池续航力还有80英里。
按照一般美国人的每天通勤路程，22万英里怕可以开8-10年。再开6-7年10多万英里，
电池续航力还有60英里。远低于内燃机需要overhaul几次的成本。只要刷个油漆换个椅
套又像新车一样。
第一：只要和反恐有关。就是最大的政治正确。前些年美国人开丰田油电混合车。车屁
股上就贴着“反恐汽车”的标语。一滴油都不用，就没有一丝资敌嫌疑。也没有支持俄

第二：符合左派追求环保和右派追求小政府的理念。也是理想的末日准备者座驾。电瓶

Tesla的电池工作环境并不糟糕。有空调有暖气。有哪一台笔记本电脑专门为电池供暖
制冷的。
而且说了。电池容量寿命和电压及电流有关。省钱的追求高容量就高压，可能400个
cycle就70%了。用在笔记本上追求轻便。每天一个cycle，两年大概就只剩下50%容量。
电动车不偷工减料的可以用更多电池做低容量低放电电流（电池越多不但里程增加，每
个电池放电电流也减少）。可以到2000个cycle。一个cycle 200迈估算，到40万迈，电
池还有140迈续航力。
一年开1万5的用户，40万迈开20年都开不完。期间引擎也不需要tune up和overhaul。 |

its biggest rollbacks of environmental rules, replacing a landmark Obama-era
effort that sought to wean the nation's electrical grid off coal-fired
power plants and their climate-damaging pollution.

USA is not transparent! I am from Georgia, USA, and our state is a bit more
open about the virus than other states. However, we still get most of our
information from the Federal level. I know 5 people in the last month that
have gone to the hospital with flu-like symptoms.
None of them have been given a test because you must have a high-grade fever
that does not go down. We eat Tylenol like candy here, of course, the
