看到下面讨论内斯塔的防守啥的，我是后卫出身的，说几句：
１。防守是协同作战，不是单兵作战。 防守需要队友间的协同保护，
队友A扑上去了，另一个队友B要注意靠近，以防A被过但是B又太远不能把球破坏或截下
来。防守的格局不同play也不同。如果本方防守布局良好，或者布局不好但是对方进攻
也没有布局好的时候，可以bite (=冲出去抢球，但是有被过的威胁），为什么？因为
你知道bite出去知道即使被过你的队友也会即使补位把球破坏掉，因为过人是要拨球的
，带球者的注意力和细微的控制一旦有小的偏差，就会被第二泼的防守破坏掉。这里还
有一个trick,就是bite的时候选的角度也很重要，如何选？就是看场上防守的漏洞和协
防队友的站位。
防守的漏洞在那里就要先堵那里，这个是路线问题，不是球的问题，要卡线路，而不是
拿球。
协防队友的站位也很重要，比如说队友在你的左方，你就卡住右方不留空隙迎上去抢，
即使抢不到对方也得往你的左方运球，这样你的队友就有很大的胜算截／破坏球了。
最聪明的防守协同，就是结合防守的漏洞和协防队友的站位，队友预先奔向防守的漏洞

才华也极高，发球上术业有专攻,但是看看Agassi的屡次跌宕起伏，只要他真的安心下来，
没有太去享福，就打的所有人服服帖贴的.能和他一较的就是Samprass或者今天这样
打疯了的guga.
今天他是打的很保守，不知道为什么动作老没作全似的，结果反手本来及其精准的
小斜线没了，成了败笔，正手的直线也全没了，进了guga的节奏，净玩正手大斜线和
反手大斜线，不光线路，球的节奏也没变化，让guga把力量打出来，被overpower了。
上一场guga打Samprass的睡过了没看，但是按今天这个状态打，Samprass一盘也赢不了。 |

on slicing backhand ball back, and I missed a lot.
After I won the 1st set by 6-3 - my serve is better than his and my leftie
FH still overpowered his 1HBH slice, I changed a little strategy, I started
to return some soft ball also to control errors, and slice short ball
closing to sideline occasionally.
I won 2nd set by 6-1. But I still don't like the way I played. It's good

但问题在于打比赛的时候，对手不会把球喂到你齐腰的部位让你打。这就是为什么我不
光topspin,一会平推，加两个削球，再就慢悠悠的给你lob底线。都是让你在不舒服的地
方击球，让你借不到力。对于你到位得球，你搞了我不少winner,让我狼狈了好几个球。
但是也有不少球你过于aggressive,没注意spin,加上体力问题，所以unforced error比
较多。你如果到位的话，那些球八成都是你的。
借用aTm板斧的一句话：
“单打是靠腿打的”
多锻炼身体，把体力练上去，不过开了三个多小时的车再打球是不容易，怪cc不肯多留
一天过周末，否则可以打个够。 |

My LD is about 2.5 or weak 3.0, and I can routinely 针锋相对 with her
using left hand. Power is not too much an issue either as I can still
overpower her.
Injury though, is a real concern. Since I muscle the ball most of the
time, it's easy to get injured.

我认识一个人，打了4.0许多年,如果光看他的skill，form,球速各方面都是非常好，我
看至少是4.5以上的．他也有了USTA coaching certificate,平常就在学校里教球．但
就是有一个缺点，不管平抽或topspin,他用的力量都是非常大，对我这种低水平的，当
然拍拍都是overpower了，但是如果水平相近的，就经常给人家push回来，然后好几个
回合后就自己失误了．我跟他说，按他的水平，其实hold back a little bit,多加点
topspin,多注重一下落点，其实基本上都可以赢了．他说他也知道（也是,不然他怎么
当coach呢），就是他自己不喜欢hold back,喜欢拍拍爽，输赢无所谓，所以才这么多
年都在4.0...
另一个例子就是safin,什么都有了，就是personality改不了,不过人家自己喜欢... |
