学校很好，但特别老， 1965年建。屋主住了近半个世纪，实在太老了，搬走了。临着
一条大街。厨房，厕所都特别小，绝对要remodel。卧室也小。
一般都有2个living areas--其中一个一进门就是，挺突兀的，而且大门与去yard 的门
正对，真是通风，但不知有没有风水大忌。
NW 是一个小卧室，SW 是车库，卧室都在西边。这个屋子最好的地方是厨房和dining
area--东南，南边是另一个living area. 可惜是wall, 阳光进不来。
Lot是一个相当花心思的一个Garden. 加上3 棵棕榈树，实在是高，有一颗紧挨着房子
，觉得要是倒下来，这房子可就塌了。总之花园郁郁葱葱，似乎overpower 房子本身。
Lot背后是hiking trail。有小溪。树很多。背靠小山坡，再后边是golf 球场。
想请教大家的是：
这种好学校的房子，是不是要抢？在Almaden area。 Almaden 最近inventory 非常高。

glassdoor。然后第二个gold quartz，到时候这个整片会比较黄哦，backplash感觉可
以配一些traditional的pattern或是spanish的（小点黑，splash yellow和米色底）。
灰色系可能有点不对。
我倒是觉得你countertop可以选全白的quartz。在island那部分可以做waterfall到低
。stainless steel appliances。

make that inhuman decision. what I don't understand is, as HUMAN BEING, when
they saw a little girl suffering and dying on the ground, how could they
just walk away and not even try to help. Those IFs should not have

给Safin打那么多winner，如Jim Courier所说完全被overpower。Safin是唯一一个可以
和Federer匹敌的选手，只要他自己mentally tough enough。
这次Federer应该没有料想到和Safin的比赛那么tough，Safin5盘从头到尾都没有一点
心里波动，unforced error比Federer少那么多，简直神了。可能是因为Federer领先
其他人太多，所以Safin比较容易focus on the match。
结果不错，Federer有了更好的动力提高自己的体力和发球，希望看到他和Safin的rivalr
y。
下次两个碰到还是Federer的胜算大一点。
Hewitt还是没戏了，个儿太小，唯一优势是跑得快，想起当年的张德培。
