样。短期的miss不会影响长期的走势，正好趁低可以买一点。有心人可以去看看去年
ISRG也被抛售过，因为大家担心没人买达芬奇机器人了，现在明显可以看出当时是

现在IBB的大药厂Valuation完全不考虑future pipeline，比如GILD，AMGN，REGN，这
是非常奇怪的。Overall PE比Utility还低。
不要在乎短时间任何波动，这段时间把钱丢进IBB等5-10年完操任何一个股办的大牛，

二十年前那么大了，美、俄、OPEC是产油的三极，三家几乎平分天下，美俄不会跟着减
产的，你减我增，减的那一百多万桶几乎起不到什么作用。再看进口油的大国，中、美
、日、印、欧，哪一个经济都在slow down，没有看到需求强劲的势头，美国还在不断
增加页岩油，几乎就要自给自足了，还可以出口，需求其实是越来越疲软。美元也变的
也来越紧缩，昂贵，回流美国，没有大量的美金怎么推高油价？OPEC最多就是点了一把
火，作为燃料的美金短缺，这火怎么能烧久呢？上次OPEC减产是08年，大家翻翻历史看
看吧，每次减产之后市场最多欢腾一两天，然后继续血跌。市场现在对油价是
overreacting, 有short squeeze 的意思，大多数机构都判断OPEC不会达成协议，估计
多搞了很多空仓...基本面不变，美元继续紧缩，油价就涨不起来！转折点最迟就在加
息后，也可能周末意大利的黑天鹅就会把油价打回原型！ |

然还是照做了,反正没什么影响。最后实在找不出什么毛病了，Sr.说有个logic
checking是多余的。我提出自己的意见，认为还是必需的。最后他坚持不要这个
checking。我就说，“那行，review后我给你发个email，包括你要求的改动，你回复
说同意以后，我就照你的改。”
这个Sr.现在是我做的这个project的develop leader,不知道我这样做是否妥当。首先
我认为自己没错，其次我觉得如果不坚持自己的意见，以后这个Sr.就会更加肆无忌惮
了。
以前也和他有过类似的情形，我应该如何敷衍他，又不会影响自己呢？

training的时候，这是最重要的。时机合适的时候，你招个会，整个presentation，cr

对方的vp其实就是发了个email,长的email没人会读完的。上层还是要看最后到底出了啥
成绩没，能量化的东西，比如提高效率省了多少钱，或者帮公司赚了多少钱。 |

your wife follows the right procedure with appropriate protection, there is

3. 新财年内EB3C会很快回到2011.
4. 1~3月，3个月时间内降级人数大约1700～2000之间，平均600～700每月.我觉得4月
应该小于700.所以总数应该小于2500.考虑到很多还没处理的，今年EB3C实际消耗量不
