倾向于是速度引起的。注意看视频右下角速度，由于是小下坡，在没有给油的情况下，
速度从入弯的41kph一直在增加，当增加到55 kph是打滑开始。打滑前一秒我已经意识
到速度有些块，准备捎带刹车呢，但是还没有实施， 打滑就开始了。
估计在打滑地方的弯度和我车的轮胎状况，55kph就是失去抓地力的临界速度，比那个
弯道建议速递25mph高了9 mph. |

就好比你做生意，不能因为别人可能给你假币，你就索性不数钱了吧？反正数了也白数
，我没法鉴定真假。
我不太了解你说的那些例子，但我粗略地把我可以想象的地雷分为两类，一类是用公司
财务谋私利，然后瞒在报表的某个角落里报销掉(the bottom line is true)；另一类
则是发布假数据(the bottom line is false)。
第一类，你自己吞了私钱，然后财务要match最后的结果，总得找地方overstate cost
吧，或者你得设法understate revenue吧，再不然你得弄出一个什么charge甚至最起码
depreciation吧。这种事情我估计各处总多多少少有一点，但是无论你怎么做，总会削
弱你报表中显示出的盈利能力。我读报表的人不在乎你是真的进货成本比同行高还是被

所以这个问题注定得不出统一的答案。有人脑子灵光做题强，有人实际经验积累丰富，
有人擅长吹项目，有人擅长分析讲思路。也有人综合都很强，也有人资质平庸又初出茅
庐靠勤刷题能补拙。
不过我一直以为，楼上说的要职位对口，这个有点 overstated。我觉得学习能力强和
有分析解决问题的能力和态度端正，更胜过 domain knowledge的对口。除了一些特定
领域，vision, VR/AR, AI，普通的 engineering project，social，ads，search这些
，哪有那么多高深莫测的 domain knowledge。经历完全对口，可能也就上手快一个月
，但是招人来干活是长期的事情。

应该比喻成：
沿 Stanford University 一圈，reserve 下来数量相当于整个 Palo Alto
School District 的总的 residential lot 数量的 2% 的 lot，建成
low income apartment。反正对开车距离影响不大。
然后所有藤校跟进，如法炮制。

In terms of finance, it means more cash and share dilution. The market
