唯一的问题是overturn。但是即使没overturn，对于钢人最差也是overtime决胜负.
本场最不公平的判决出现在上半场乌鸦先下3分后，钢人在自己半场30码3rd&1的play。
原判是1st down, replay明显看的出钢人跑了不到半码，not even close. 居然乌鸦
challenge也没有翻盘。本来有机会拿下进攻权扩大战果,结果被钢人扳平了。大家
想必都清楚momentum对football比赛有多重要。

的瑕疵能够说服法官，最高法院自己也可以把自己的判决revise了. 虽然从严格意义上
讲这不是打官司，但最高法院曾经有先例这么overturnned过case.
所以，现在 louisisana 把最高法院的判决临时ban了，估计就是琢磨着在这25天内有
人可能会去最高法院闹腾，或者换句话我们就把这叫打官司或者上诉好了。

A federal judge on Monday stripped away a key element of Chicago's gun
ordinance, ruling that it is unconstitutional to prohibit licensed gun
stores from operating in the city.
U.S. District Judge Edmond Chang found that the city failed to convince him
that banning the sale of guns by licensed dealers was necessary to reduce
gun violence.
