Exception去掉。多交钱也不行。
想问问Bank Owned的房是否都这样？
如果前任forclosure的屋主有债务，但是现在不在public record里，到close之后债主
来找我们麻烦的可能性有多大呢？

is"，这种房子是不是里面很不好？有的却没说，和平常人卖的房子描述没什么不一样
。这些Bank Owned的房子是不是都有可能有不同程度的破坏？看房的时候需要注意什么

not like short sale which may involved multiple lenders. besides, once prop
becomes bank-owned, bank wants to unload asap. they may ask you to close
before certain deadline so their financial reports will not need to show it.
not just 1, but hundreds... add up to significant amt. |

下offer也是根据listing agent的要求填的FORM 21，
其中第五项，
Included items: ()Stove/rang;()refrigerator;() washer;()dryer;()dishwasher;(
)hot tube.......
等等这些，都是留的空白，
但是房子，我们去看的的时候，Stove/rang;refrigerator;dishwasher; Microwave,这
些都有， 还有个heat pump.下offer前，也有联系listing agent询问这些东西是否包
括,但没给明确答复。 现在的listing agent好像都很拽的样子。。。卖方市场。
现在offer被接受了，银行返回的需要签的offer上，Included items还是留的空白，
联系listing agent，他们不愿意把这些东西（applicances）写在上面，但是又说，那
些东西不会有人拿走的.
有点担心口上无凭，怕到时这些东西都被人拿走了，理论上现在房子是bank o... 阅读全帖 |

anything you put onto the site at any point in time - they can do with as
they please.

上山如此辛苦, 下山却完全没有享受到: 骑着骑着路没有了.
在家找路看地图的时候还蛮开心, 觉得这么小的路应该traffic比较light... 确实没什
么traffic, 因为这个路除了偶尔的越野吉普, 一般的车都开不进来了. 开始是unpaved
砂子路, 慢慢变成石子路. 想着得赶紧赶出去不然天都要黑了, 绝望的大家不顾自己纤
细的车胎, 硬着头皮继续骑. 慢慢石块越来越大, 坑越来越多, 泥越来越滑... and it
's too late turning back. 终于心疼自己的小车, 觉得身上带着4个备胎也不够三
个人分, 开始下车扛着车跑. 幸亏随身带了一双拖鞋!
看着太阳渐渐西沉, 心中隐隐担忧. 地图上这条路蜿蜒很久, 然后转向一条更小的, 地
图不放大都看不见的路, 才通向外面得major road. 好担心路不通, 好担心一直是这样

背景是这样：
Multi-state corporation，算NY的corporate tax 时用到 3factor apportionment。
其中就要求算 NY receipts factor（New York Receipts/Total Receipts)。 所以
想问问高手，纽约州的 Employer-owned life insurance proceeds 是不是应该算New
York Receipts?
