肯定当时是用来形容某种不平衡不健康的状态。
几千年后，西医终于也开始有中医早就有的概念。
根据我自己对医学和营养学的理解，我如下解释：
先说一下，以下的解释是我自己的原创，但应该没错。
人生病时，不管是受伤或传染，会消耗许多生理物质。
例如各种维他命，蛋白质，以及其它的营养素，等。
尤其如果发炎，会产生超常的氧化，消耗抗氧化物质。
抗氧化的物质有很多种，例如维他命 C， E， CoQ10等。
另外还有其它无数数不尽的生理营养素，能减少氧化物。
上火是身体的生理物质里，抗氧化物太低，氧化物太高。
这就是为什么吃水果，维他命C，E，等，能帮助降火。
但即使不生病也能上火，这是因为食物里有促进氧化物。
所谓促进氧化物，就是会消耗抗氧化物的食物或物质。
促进氧化物一般是在高温下产生的，例如烤或油炸食物。
这就是为什么如果你吃多油炸食品，就会降低抗氧化物。
抗氧化物，是各种不同的，能中和或减少氧化物的物质，

对，这篇1997年的nature paper，列在第一位的yan shidu其实是唯一的通讯作者，列
在最后一位的本该是通讯作者的David Stern其实就是当时部门里的大牛。估计情况就
是David Stern是大老板，但是对这个project其实没啥贡献，然后是作为通讯作者的
Yan shidu是小老板，带领Fu Jin等一干人做出来的，才会有这样奇怪的authorship。
这样看来，Fu JIn实质上是真正干活的第一作者，凭这样一篇nature paper获得博士
也就没啥稀奇的了。Fu Jin是1999年拿的博士，1997年的paper正好对景。
凭什么方肘子要看学位证明人家就亮给这个傻逼看啊。他家菊花不是都拒绝出示学位证
明吗？人家Fu Jin教授把学位亮给学校看就好了，气死方教主及其教徒们！

史盲们居然还在念叨炮弹里装沙子的破事。甲午战争北洋水师战争准备不足不假，不过
弹头里的沙子却不是战备不足的证据。沙子那是穿甲弹的配重。榴弹里是炸药，那个打
过去是要爆炸的，但是当时海军也有击穿对方舰船吃水线下装甲的需求。那会儿的炸弹
引信不像现在这样，所以要穿破装甲就要有配重，所以用砂石配重也是一种炮弹的标准
配置。别说北洋水师，对面的日本舰队也有这样的炮弹。
唉，史盲真是不足与论时事。

发帖数: 179 | 39 好久都没来这里发文了，这次上来一方面是给老朋友们问好，一方面也算一个小记吧。
呵呵，可能只能算年记了。因为今年的感恩节对我来说有点特别，因为上周刚刚拿到工
作offer，说感恩节之后开始上班。算得上是人生的一个转变了。当学生当得太久，对
于这个新的开始还是充满期待的。在这个感恩的日子，我首先要感谢两个最重要人，我
的一半儿，还有妈妈。
一半儿总说我这个人让他操碎了心，但他还是那么不厌其烦的帮助我。无论是学习还是
生活，我总是依赖着他，什么事搞不定了先想到要问他该怎么办，赶进度着急上火的时
候要找他寻求心理安慰。就这么被他推着，拽着，一个一个任务都渐渐完成了，毕业的
目标，找工作的目标也都达成了，在这个过程中我也学到了很多，渐渐的成长起来。亲
爱的一半儿，感谢你，我最大的感谢就是以后努力上你少操点心：P。 然后，是要感谢
这个世界上最给力的妈妈，妈妈在我忙毕业，跟老公两地的这一年里，无微不至地照顾
着我和小雪的生活。把小雪养得珠圆玉润，乖巧可爱。有妈妈在的日子总是最幸福的，

Pros:
- Lightweight for cast iron
- Durable and solidly constructed
- Large 13" rim on the top, much narrow on bottom
Cons:
- Coating on the inside surface to protect from oxidation, rusting rubs off
very easily
- If you haven't maintained cast iron cookware before, don't start here,
this wok is tons of maintenance
- After every use, requires soaking to loosen buildup at bottom of wok from

国内农村盖房子稍有不同：
第一层：粗沙 + 水泥 + 水 --》 粉刷第一遍
第二层：细沙 + 水泥 + 水 --》 粉刷第二遍
第二层：石灰 + ... + 水 --》 粉刷第三遍
和国内的作法比起来，这边的stucco做法简直就是偷懒的做法。
“水泥墙”，stucco墙，出现裂缝的原因，没有多大不同：挤压（settlement）,收缩
不均 （温度+水分)。

发帖数: 10 | 49 First trimester是胚胎发育器官成型期，胎儿对外来因素敏感，产生畸形的危险相对
较大。一般讲在First trimester内尽可能不要做手术，如必须做时应该让医生知道。
简单讲手术对胎儿的影响主要是三个方面：1.导致手术的病因对胎儿可能的影响；2.手
术本身对胎儿的影响；3.麻醉对胎儿的影响。根据你提供的情况，可能对胎儿有影响的
应该主要是最后一点。麻醉的影响主要是有的麻醉药物可以导致胎儿畸形，常用的主要
是两个药物：Versed(Midazolam)和Nitrous oxide(gas)。
FDA根据药物对胎儿畸形的危险性大小制定了一个Pregnancy category,共有5级: A,B,C
,D and X（越靠后危险越大）。Versed是category D, Nitrous oxide是category C，
都是不适于孕妇使用的药物。
因为你手术时医生并不知道你怀孕了，建议你找医生要你手术/麻醉的记录，看看你都
接受了哪些药物，然后查一下这些药物的FDA分级。即使在手术中你确实接受了致畸危
险较大的药物（比如Versed....），也并不是说胎儿就一定会有畸 |
