发帖数: 5133 | 2 M&P新枪扳机不爽，主要是trigger bar, firing pin block, sear, striker leg等都
不算精加工，打磨光滑靠自己多打。
普通M&P，扳机感觉(主要是最后击发)改进最大的还是那个Apex hard sear，也非常容
易换，只需要一个1/8" roll pin punch，同样在Brownells上可以一同买了：

当然还需要榔头啦，呵呵，最好还有几个软木快，破布等垫着就成了。
sear block pin敲出来，sear block拿出一半让sear pin露出来。sear pin是松的，一
顶就出来了，换上hard sear再原样装回就成了。当心sear下面的弹簧弹出来，顺便看
看是不是大号的sear plunge/sear spring。
firing pin block边角笔直而不圆滑，扳机杆推动时比较涩，但一旦顶上去后也就好了

还有个粉瓶子,稀点的,成分一样for body. 就是大碗点。
zinc oxide在波长370-400nm区间能力没那么强。起码比avobenzone弱。
如果你干皮扛的住,好是上我上面提的whole food里的其中一款是20%zinc oxide和10%
左右的Titanium dioxide. 加强uvb部分,代替octinoxate和octisalate.你就不用提前
涂了。
不过,我说的几种,我没全用过,whole food有试应品,你可以上脸看看接受的了不 |

不是问题，microparticle差一点，但也还行。titanium oxide相对差一点。
化学防晒不过敏还好啦，不过我是老古董，不愿接受新事物，谁知道这些新化学防晒过
几年又查出啥问题呢。 |

我在running 版转帖了题为Extreme Endurance Exercise and heart attack的文章。
全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒，把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。

6-day split program，3天一个循环，一周两个循环，6周共12个循环，ATP/CP，glycolysis，和aerobic/oxidative交叉轮流进行。这5个针对legs的练习是aerobic/oxidative 3天的一天中大概一半的量，此外还有calves和abs。这个计划太牲口了，估计半年之内都不会去尝试。 |

我以前每个星期练１６０组，见效很慢，而且累得要死 现在每星期８０组不到，反倒

以前练得时候觉得练得越变态越牛比，现在觉得练得科学才牛比。往死里练谁都会，不
出效果有什么用

5% transparent zinc oxide 氧化锌 and 10% titanium dioxide二氧化钛
温和没什么刺激，缺点就是白色的，用了马上有粉底的效果，（皮肤黑的不建议用）
有点点厚重，不是稀薄清爽的，要用卸妆水洗才干净，有时夏天用了容易长豆
我想换了，大家有什么推荐？
最好是物理和化学防晒剂混合的，又容易卸的，单纯的化学防晒，我用了有点刺痛，皮肤敏感
有人用过，Ultimate UV Defense SPF 30，也是杜克的， 7% transparent zinc oxide
的吗?? 这个没有 titanium dioxide二氧化钛，不知道白不白

起作用，而且就算搽了也要象搽粉底一样，留下稍微薄薄的一层膜，效果才最好。zinc
和tatanium这种物理成分倒是一搽就能起作用，但缺点是很不好抹开。
我一直用coppertone waterbabies pure and simple，物理化学2类成分都有，很容易
抹，刚开始5分钟会觉得有点白，但是过后就好了，跟肤色几乎融为一体。因为是给
baby用的，所以很安全，而且便宜，10块钱240毫升，天天用能用1年 |

valine or some thing? can be oxidized? (don't know what does this mean).
And I saw from papers other people make similar sample with very complicated
steps with:
