then I use adhesive protectpion sheet on them
then I put them in paddle cases
then I put the paddle cases in pong bags, away from sun light
so all my paddles look nice, even old ones.

game by switching to the Feint OX II, which is faster and can handle the
spin reversal a bit better than Feint OX. I also switched to Tenergy 25 on
my forehand.
The Tenergy has made my serves and my FH much more dangerous. Definately
worth paying the $50 per sheet! As you can see, Phong Pham pushed a bunch of

我实验室里的克里斯同学推
荐我使用hand paddles，他也使用。当然都只在最后都游完了当天的训练目标后才使用
hand paddles游一段距离,
然后收工走人。他也使用fins，但是我没有。因为我并不想一开始就使用太多的工具。
先把hand paddles这个适应
下来再说。我不敢说我们克里斯同学能游的多快，但是一个业余的游泳运动员，花20分
钟游一个mile，应该不算慢
了吧。想来你也是属于学院派似的游泳爱好者（或者运动员？），我纯粹处于锻炼身体
的目的，能游且在耐力承受
范围之内，顺便提高一下速度和力量，也只能一步一步的来。我不是没想过要增加使用
fins的训练项目，但是每天
去游泳的时间基本上有限。不能增加再多的时间去练习使用fins。有时候甚至还想考虑
找个私人教练呢，这样可以
先学会，再使用。省得自己走弯路。

发帖数: 607 | 12 今早热身后花了20分钟只练这两招：尽可能晚曲髋，尽可能窄分膝。我夹了浮子。真是
力气活，从来没这么累过。尽我最大可能晚曲髋，腰很难受。一边练一边想反弓练腰可
能不够。
我去掉浮子，腰不那么难受了，但是肯定膝盖又分开了，没了浮子帮助，髋大概又沉下
去。为了把髋和腿再拉上来，手要加力。这下从上到下全都很累。
这时又来了一个人，一条道四个人有点拥挤，没办法再游蛙泳，我只能换自由泳。
慢慢游了几下，开始练打水。打水感觉很好。刚才练蛙腿不曲髋弄的小肚子酸胀，突然
觉得可以抖开了。我一般打水频率偏慢，但是今天好像腿可以自己不停动。也不知道是
我抱着板子浮力大还是腿真的可以自己动，好像踮着脚尖在水里小跑一样。我上岸找了
一个最小的三角形板子，打水走起来感觉却更好了，似乎有点下山小跑。我突然想起
press chest这个要领，就把板子尽量向前放，胳膊夹住耳朵，尽可能使劲挺胸。我心
里想的是向下挺，但是感觉好像有点向前挺，是不是我的脖子肩到胸这一块柔韧性还是
不行？看旁边慢道正常游full stroke freestyle的人，竟然渐渐被我超了。心里很兴
奋，我这个新手菜鸟也有用打水超人的时候？

conventional model基本上就是一根voltage sensor棍棍移动，也就是我之前说的描述
voltage sensor的大致正确的模型。
paddle model认为移动的不止S4，而且S4的移动包括了旋转，和两端带电helix之间位
置的变化。看图很容易明白。
paddle model我印象中由MacKinnon最早根据一些很间接的证据对钾离子通道提出，后
来有不少点突变的证据。但是就我的印象，没有smoking gun。也许后来有了，希望有
人介绍一下。

What you want is a twin-clutch/DSG/DCT/semi-auto/whateveritcalls paddle
shifter, but that's a different topic.
A decent sports car compromises on other factors such as space, ride comfort.
So you need to be honest to yourself, do you really want/need a sports car?
Or a car being sporty but still relatively practical? (BTW, there is
nothing wrong with the second choice.)

1. open driver side door, turn key from off to on, listen to fuel pump noise
-- if you heard it, most likely it works
2. try to start while press a little bit gas paddle. if it starts, try to
release gas paddle and see if the engine stops. if it does stop, then the
problem is 4.
in fact, my guess is 4. it is an easy problem to repair, either you clean
the Idle Air Control Valve, or buy a new one. it takes <5mins to replace

发帖数: 299 | 20 我上周四发帖问serpentine belt的问题。去做routine的engine oil change，dealer
非让我换serpentine belt，就换了。换了serpentine belt后，开了10几分钟高速回家
，然后车就没有动过。
周五下午在高速上开了应该有30分钟左右，突然gas paddle 踩不动了，engine
service soon的灯亮了，车在减速，只好打紧急灯，下高速。停车，重新开动后，一切
正常，gas paddle works，但是engine service soon的灯一直亮着，就去1mile左右的
autozone去查，error code是APP Sensor的问题，只能去dealer那里修。到dealer那里
，快下班了，dealer说周二才来看。
今天中午打电话的时候说在看是什么问题，到时候通知我。下午快6点的时候说是APP
Sensor松动了，修好了，也test drive了，没问题，要付钱。我问为什么会松动，是不
是换serpentine belt的时候碰到了什么或是影响了连接的cable，dealer说这是正常的

4000rpm 加一次. 多试几次就知道规律了. 高速行使没有必要用paddle除非在65mph以
下滑行的时候+到最高挡貌似可以省油. 如果高速65mph+ CVT cruise control控制最

回报车板,说说我的对斯巴鲁Outback的一些感受。
报价：
去年8月lease的2014款Outback Premium MSRP大概两万八左右，当时正好换代，所以不
错的leasing deal，$256一个月一年10k miles，42个月的lease，first month due at
signing，价钱是加过税的。
优点：
斯巴鲁的四驱操控还是不错的，尤其在过弯以及雨天的时候挺明显的。在快速过90度弯
的时候先点杀，方向盘打过去，然后踩油门，不会率尾打滑。
Outback的重心很低，而且车宽，所以感觉比较Solid。有一次我车顶上架着两个80磅的
kayak，回来的时候刮大风，高速上至少有8级风从侧面吹，车开70麦没有发飘的感觉。
Outback的重心虽然很低，但是地盘的Clearance有8.7 inch。最明显的感慨就是停车不

道理，不管是不是绕口，再读给他听。他开始感兴趣了，笑得咯咯的。更显效果的是，
下次挑食的时候，告诉他：try it, try it and you may。This is just like
greeneggs and ham! 他愿意听了。Gosh, 这书的魔力真大，竟然还管小孩吃饭。
不过小朋友最容易喜欢上的，应该还是Cat In the Hat。每个小孩都希望把这世界
messup, 最后还没有consequence。一读到Thing 1 and Thing 2在屋里放风筝，thump
bump, bump thump, 钟也掉了，鱼缸也翻了，床也乱了。。。我家两个笑得前仰后合。
