自然抱水和划水姿态），一样会掉。索普也许会掉的更快，因为索普的抱水是出名的慢
，非常的从容不迫。这种paddle让大拇指以及半个手掌不必要的紧张，养成内扣大拇指
的习惯。
戴上paddle，不用沉腕就可以保持肘的高位。
如果戴paddle还故意沉、早沉、甚至加大沉腕幅度，那么胳膊入水后随身体旋转的过程
中，手腕、肘和肩有可能受伤。除非转体幅度小（胳膊随身体旋转不明显），或者入水
立刻就抱水开划（采用后交叉的自由泳，或者仰泳）。 |

serious one.
Harmony, Carlisle are good brand with quite reasonable price.
Aqua Bound, B Branch are good too but usually a little more expensive. But
BB touring paddle by one friend was broken at first time use.
Werner, AT mightbe the best but much more expensive.
in the last two years, we bought lots Carlisle and Harmony paddles and
turned out to be great decision because of durability, usability and quite
low price.

发帖数: 219 | 4 CVT+paddle shift至少提供某种不省油开车方法'可能性'。而且雪地里面开车，OB论坛里
面的建议还是推M档，用paddle shift维持2档开的。
貌似对于CVT的车子，省油的开车方式是，维持转速<=2500rpm，让CVT调节gear ratio
来提速，然后～1500rpm左右保持速度。跟一般AT的style是不一样了。号称用眼睛开车
(看转速，会不会分神阿)而不能靠耳朵。。。 迟滞啦肉啦，这样开是肯定的。不喜欢
的话使劲轰油门，拨片降挡，在路上一样很猛。
BTW, 按照2013 Outback manual里面的说法，当你floor油门的时候，程序是会自动帮
你降档的。 |

惠的推荐吗？
关于球拍，原来一直用的是红双喜的很久的板，加正反手729反胶。想新配一套继科用
的蝴蝶Viscara，正手狂飙3Neo，反手蝴蝶Tenergy 80. 这个对业余选手的话容易控制
吗？
