searched from the website. I don't know why the bank also requires this. |

先paint然后让appraiser重新检查并改报告。最后银行才会贷款。

inspection能够细致到什么程度?
要是inspection发现有lead是完全不能住了?
还是说可以让房东搞好再入住?
希望有这方面经验的朋友分享一下经验和建议

发帖数: 577 | 48 这么说吧，78年前建的房子，都有lead paint。问题是大部分都是之后又刷了一遍又一
遍的漆，早盖住了。
不放心就搬进去前让房东重新漆一遍，有漆脱落的，千万当心别让孩子吃了，sand时候
戴口罩，做好保护。
不是啥大事。 |
