而递归的公式是：
M[n, k] = min { max (from j=1..n) { M[j, k-1], ∑(i=j..n-1) Ai } }
如果利用以上公式硬递归的话，就会非常慢，所以用 dp 来优化。可以顺序渐进，将计
算结果储存在数组里，这样就不用反复计算 M[j, k-1] 的值。其实主要思路还是怎么
获得这个公式，获得了之后用 dp 来优化就很直观了。

M[n, k] = Max{ M[j, k-1] + S(j) } , j=k-1..n
We divide the n values into two parts first. The first half is 0 to j-1 and
the 2nd from j to n-1. The 1st half should be sub-divided into k-1 parts and
the 2nd a single part. The value of 2nd half, S(j), is actually the max sum
from j to n-1.
Note that there cannot be empty partition. |

，什么不是坑我们钱之类，话里发现漏洞百出：
1。 说下个住户原本我们搬出后的第二天就要入住，结果被吓跑了。 我们搬出后一周
她老公来拿的钥匙，满脸堆笑说房子维护的很好。 新租户也是我们在的时候来看房子
的，说好半个月后入住。
2。 她的那些照片不知道是什么时候照的，我都怀疑她照片里的不是我们租过的房子。

fannie mae从银行买来贷款，如果被抵押的房产foreclose，那么房子归fannie mae所
有而不是原来的贷款银行。
这个房子就是这种情况。
总之as is的房子，卖方有可能作一些手脚掩盖问题后再放到市场上卖。
可笑的还有，我们inspection之后找人来看看地下室有没有长霉，我们到的时候一个
fannie mae派来的painter正好在里面。我们问他做什么。他说touch up。我们进去以
后发现他正在油漆地下室墙上一处水渍。这个水渍正是前一天我们告诉fannie mae地下
室进水的证据。 |
