BTW, painting is the least worthwhile DIY job because it is just too time-

paint刷两遍，等干了再刷两遍就好。如果原来颜色深就先刷层primer。

对你和buyer都不好。
墙上的漆每多刷一遍，往往会破坏原来的图案，尤其是糟糕的painter，会把房子搞得
贬值。
实在不好的墙面，配同样的漆专刷一下，其余地方补一下就可以了。
大部分房地产的Agent （可以说70%以上）考虑自己利益比客户利益要多。你要自己把
握房子可以卖多少，漆墙的钱是否能卖回来，不要相信他们。 |

墙用贵的0voc的，图个心安，sherwilliam 有harmony series 0 voc，benjamine
mmore也有
能不能旧地板先用着，而且有必要留么？可以等手头宽点，重铺么？
可以留一个卧室不重刷，也可以close以后留一个月作装修，
问了painter, 1个月 paint才settle down，的确是这样， 表面看干了，里面还是湿的
，就算干了，也就是voc理论上不挥发出来，油漆还有其他的成分呢，不过不知道有毒
没， 3，4天没味道了是有可能，不过油漆工成天闻那个味道有问题没有也是有人说没

但是上周末摊牌说，男人不应该做婆婆妈妈的琐碎的家务，但是可以做抬水换灯泡，修

请钟点工，送小孩回国半年，或者离婚这些都有讨论过了，请大家不需要再讨论了。

，还可以贴到墙上去，小男孩拿一个火车头一个满屋子跑，可以大半天。那些tape撕下
来也比较容易。如果你家娃接受这个，那就便宜多方便多了。地板贴一溜过去，中间用
积木给搭个加油站什么的，还能鼓励小娃的创造性，呵呵。 |

签了合同，可是忘记了四件事：
1 加上时间限制。 师傅信誓旦旦地说这个星期六做好--就是今天做好，可是没有，要
拖到明天才做好。明天还不知道如何呢。我当时头脑一晕，就忘了加个时间在合同上
2.我以前都知道不要签这种合同的，可是，没想到这次急急忙忙地找人，就签了。当时
师傅说的很好听，其实越说得好听的，越要警惕！最好不要签这种合同。
3.合同上，师傅放上了 payment schedule, 开工要付钱，中间要付钱，收工再付钱。
我一向不喜欢这样付钱的，这次又栽了，忘了！ 签合同的时候没注意师傅放了这个。
结果师傅总是催着要钱，现在付了 800.
4. 没注意此人不是干活的。有个干活的来估价---衣服上都是 paint, 这种人才是干活
的。 我找的这个不是干活的，是个拉生意的工头。 我没注意呀！ 结果，此人连 one
drop of paint 都没给我漆，找的是他的两个工人。 这两个工人干活还行，但是，因

俺的房子1400，上下两层。急着要做油漆。时间急，只有三天时间做。
其实现在发现，最好的是找个油漆工，150/天，两个是 300/天，如果是做3天，也就
900. 俺的这活，其实也就是三天的活！其实最后发现，嘿嘿，到 craigslist 上去叫
一下，可能有戏。 ------ 这都是后话了！ 反正我可能 N 年都不会做油漆了。其实自

painter说墙纸下面肯定是有含铅的漆，大门门框和窗户框都是建房子的时候的老物件
，他从大门门框撕下一小块快脱落的漆看了一下，也说肯定含铅。
6月份孩子出生，这种情况下需要去除铅吗？还是说把墙纸撕了刷水性漆，窗户和门框
重新上一层漆，应该也没问题？看了一下除铅价格，估计整个做下来要3万左右。 |

问题不大，重新刷漆的时候用好漆就行了。而且在目标区域内好多都是78年以前的老房
子，稍微新一点的价格实在是太高了。这种老房子建房的时候估计都是用了含铅油漆吧？
现在painter提出来了，又开始纠结了。
