仲裁庭发布裁决
今日，根据《联合国海洋法公约》(“《公约》”)附件七组成的仲裁庭就菲律宾共和国
对中华人民共和国提起的仲裁案作出了一致裁决。
该仲裁案涉及在南海的历史性权利的作用和海洋权利的渊源、某些岛礁的地位及其能够
产生的海洋权利，以及菲律宾声称违反了《公约》的中国某些行为的合法性问题。考虑
到《公约》对强制争端解决的限制性规定，仲裁庭强调，它既不对任何涉及陆地领土主
权的问题进行裁决，也不划定当事双方之间的任何边界。
中国反复申明“其不接受、不参与由菲律宾单方面提起的仲裁”。然而，《公约》附件
七规定，“争端一方缺席或不对案件进行辩护，应不妨碍程序的进行”。附件七同时规
定，在争端一方不参与程序的情况下，仲裁庭“必须不但查明对该争端确有管辖权，而
且查明所提要求在事实上和法庭上均确有根据”。因此，在整个程序中，仲裁庭采取了

I was wrong. Front the front, it looks like made up of one building.

随性散漫的B型血君昨晚恶补了点点路线攻略，然后定下来今天要逛的景点。ps：文字
早写的，但是图一直没整理，主要是买买提有1M大小限制，sina微博的贴图现在不能直
接在帖子里显示了，只有链接。于是，剪切是必须的。
看攻略的时候顺便把map和攻略存在了手机里，感觉挺方便，随时可以查看，唯一缺点
就是会费电，咳咳~
如上图所示，暴走君由星号处（Venetian/Palazzo）开始，先往北上
看了下，还是上一张前晚拍的夜景图比较好，虽然当时是白天
孔雀图，健忘君表示不清楚是不是这里拍的了，欢迎指点

有高高的电视塔，仰望塔顶有过山车，据说酒店住客可以免费登顶，上面可以看strip
全景。当然，景色想来不会有地处strip中间地带的Paris的铁塔好。我远远地看了下，
再看看自己的高跟鞋，还是灰溜溜地放弃往前走了。

，不论中餐还是其他国家的餐馆都可以评价一下
1. 必须是介绍自己亲身体会的经验
2. 包含餐馆详细信息(名字 地址 菜种类 停车信息等等)
3. 至少包括2-3个推荐菜(或者不推荐的..)
4. 至少说明餐馆的一两个与其它地方不同的特点
5. 至少100字以上
6.价钱（最高$$$$$,最低的$）

推荐你去吃IPPUKU，吃串烧的日本菜，价钱是贵一点但是非常好吃。你要是想吃别的周
围所有的餐馆都还算不错除了中国菜！实在是给外国人做的。 还有一家叫做ZABU ZABU
是all you can日式火锅也不错你可以根据你时间看看每天吃什么。你还可以开车或着
做BART去pacific east mall BART的话在El Cerrito Plaza站下推荐你吃168，台湾小
吃还不错，或者100%cafe。那个mall里面还有很多别家的餐馆可以考虑。

食堂 (eateries)－每个社区都有, 在唐人街尤其多; 也有正式, 高价位的餐厅－多半

12.24下午 在Caesars Palace使用$20 trick, 成功从Palace Tower
"免费"upgrade到Augustus Tower的对着Bellagio音乐喷泉的一侧
(本身预定的是大约每晚100块的Palace Tower的package)
12.24晚上 Rio的Happy Holiday In the Sky, 这个show一般
Sirens in TI这个free show真是人山人海, 挤都挤不动
Mirage的Buffet, 因为晚了, 结果排队1小时, 只吃了二十分钟, 差点噎着
12.25下午 去Bellagio的buffet排队打算吃午饭
结果1点钟开始排队, 排到我们进去的时候已经是4点了
当天下午3点以前是午饭, 3点以后是晚饭
索性不急了, 慢慢儿吃, 吃完了6点

发帖数: 5461 | 20 短暂停留之后，我们驱车赶往埃及夏宫---蒙塔扎宫（Montaza Palace）。路上抓拍到一张清真寺，以及穆巴拉克总统的画像。突然觉得如果拍他的传记片，这角色显然非罗伯特德尼洛莫属啊。中国人民的老朋友，穆巴拉克总统自从1981年10月接过遇刺的萨达特总统的位置，一当就是将近30年。。。埃及也算是民主国家吧，怎么西方社会不呛声了？
蒙塔扎宫是埃及最后一个王朝---穆罕默德阿里王朝的国王阿巴斯二世于1892年建造的，是王室的避暑胜地。它位于海滨大道的最东端，占地一百五十多公顷，相当于我们的夏宫---颐和园的一半大，而其内的建筑规模跟后者比，简直不太拿得出手（自豪一下）。实际上，园内只有两座大的“宫殿”：阿巴斯二世盖的El-Salamlek Palace，据说融合了土耳其与佛罗伦萨风格，以前是国王自住以及招待贵宾用的，包括末代国王法鲁克二世的诸多情妇，现在它已经被改造成了豪华旅馆加赌场。另一个稍大的是法鲁克二世的老爸---福阿德一世造的Haramlik Palace，看着更气派些，现在是埃及总统的度假行宫，也是埃及国宾馆，我们的好几位领导人曾经来访下榻过。今天据说正好穆巴拉克总统在此落脚， |

doctor, I need a doctor", 看来真的有毛病了。
第一站就是去看美人鱼。
Nyboder的排房那黄色真鲜艳，真漂亮。Nyboder Yellow就是指这种黄色。
Nyboder附近那些灰色排房也是很有特点的。
Amalienborg Palace是丹麦皇室冬宫。刚好碰上了换岗。
Amalienborg Palace边上是Frederikskirken，更为人熟悉的名字是Marble Church。
冷得直打哆嗦。见一家街角的Café Oscar就进去了。很好吃，推荐。
(回来google这家Café, 哥本哈根有两家Café Oscar, 我去的是家很普通的小店，另
一家是名气颇大的gay bar。)

其实我之前对去san francisco还是蛮向往的，这次出去玩，sf是我唯一去的一个大城
市。当时在照片上也有看到那些上下坡的路，但等到我真的开车到了sf以后，才发现我
对于开上下坡是多么的不适应。下坡还好，无非要踩住刹车，上坡的话，如果后面有车
，当我松开刹车的一刹那，车会往后倒，所以我后来就用2只脚，当左脚松开刹车的时
候，右脚就跟着踩油门。大家要去sf的话，palace of fine arts和金门大桥几乎是紧
挨着。去看lombard st上面的花街的话，如果是从西往东开的话，上了lombard st,
keep left, 不然的话很容易走到van ness。 我开了3次，最后才找到。
因为实在是被sf的路折磨的心身疲惫，看完了金门大桥，palace of fine arts和花街
，本来还想转天去看fisherman wharf的，结果临时决定cancel在sf的旅馆。刚开始打
电话，人家还说不行，后来在我非常真诚，有礼貌，诚恳的解释了自己在sf开车的

）有所帮助。
在去之前，搜了一些网上信息。可能是因为那些信息的比较早，发现与实际情况有很大
出入。另外，大多帖子是出自跟着另一半去的女生，她们分享的经验并不都适用。
1。关于旅馆。一般都推荐住在strip上，我也同意，很方便。我住在mirage。觉得很一
般。如果可以承受，还是应该去那几个五星的。旅馆在周中都会便宜。100以下。到了
周末就要翻番了。smartervegas.com上有些折扣，可以去看一下。
2。关于buffet。我待了两天，吃了两顿, 分别在bellagio 和 caesars palace。虽然
挺贵（38刀和57刀），但是东西确实很丰富。bellagio的我看到网上推荐的人很多。但
因为第一天去了caesars palace, 第二天去那边感觉就还好。caesars palace的真的是
极其丰富，中餐非常多，早茶点心，炒菜就有。比bellagio贵那么多还是有道理的。

当年有人要顶花带刺的中国黄瓜种子，我说palace king就是顶花带刺，给你吧2人家断
然拒绝，不要美国黄瓜。等我的种出来了，人家一吃怒了，你有中国黄瓜怎么不给我？
我说这就是我要给你的palace king啊。然后人家说我小气骗人。真是要命！

：中国黄瓜：就是国内的那种带刺爬藤的黄瓜，我种的king palace,已经很接近了。我
美国同事种的是不用搭架子的bush cucumber，没有刺，比较短的。
：中国茄子：我种的日本茄子，长的，淡紫色的很像国内的茄子，美国超市里比较多的
是圆的一大个的，口感和质地都相差挺多。
：我觉得除非国内带种子过来，不然就找最接近的，很多这边的品种其实已经挺全了。 |

发帖数: 9790 | 31 版主不仁，我只好不义。本打算每一篇游记覆盖一天，现在为了多赚几个包子，只好分
开凑数了。
还是在瓦胡岛的第一天，出得Valley of the Temples，去吃了在岛上的第一顿午餐，
一家典型的Hawaii Food小餐馆。据我观察，Hawaii当地日常菜，基本是综合了亚洲各
国-中日韩菲外加美式bbq的大拼盘。简单说，最常见的一份午餐盒饭是这样构成的：广
式烧腊+韩国烤排骨+美式bbq chicken+白米饭+Macaroni salad。香是香，不过热量超
级大，难怪岛上土著肥壮汉子比比皆是。苦了饭量小的LD，却乐了我这个肉食爱好者。
吃饱喝足继续上路，开车上山去往Nu'uanu Pali summit。这个summit，正好位于穿过
山脉连接Honolulu和著名的海滩小镇Kailua的公路顶端，本就以风口闻名。我们去的一
路都在下雨，场面更是摧花折腰的残酷。在summit看停车位的土著说是因为一场风暴刚
过去的缘故，到处还是烟雨弥漫，本是个很好的远眺海景的地方，只能看着天边的浓云

开凑数了。
还是在瓦胡岛的第一天，出得Valley of the Temples，去吃了在岛上的第一顿午餐，
一家典型的Hawaii Food小餐馆。据我观察，Hawaii当地日常菜，基本是综合了亚洲各
国-中日韩菲外加美式bbq的大拼盘。简单说，最常见的一份午餐盒饭是这样构成的：广
式烧腊+韩国烤排骨+美式bbq chicken+白米饭+Macaroni salad。香是香，不过热量超
级大，难怪岛上土著肥壮汉子比比皆是。苦了饭量小的LD，却乐了我这个肉食爱好者。
吃饱喝足继续上路，开车上山去往Nu'uanu Pali summit。这个summit，正好位于穿过
山脉连接Honolulu和著名的海滩小镇Kailua的公路顶端，本就以风口闻名。我们去的一
路都在下雨，场面更是摧花折腰的残酷。在summit看停车位的土著说是因为一场风暴刚
过去的缘故，到处还是烟雨弥漫，本是个很好的远眺海景的地方，只能看着天边的浓云

话说现在买买提观众太少了，写个游记也很少有共鸣，打算移步蚂蜂窝发帖了，还能帮
助别人。不过蚂蜂窝要提供一些有价值的准确信息，以我大而化之不精确意识流的特点
，恐怕写起来会有点累。
第二次去澳门，玩了三天，时间其实也有点紧张，因为比较随意的游玩，没咋安排，想
到哪里去哪里。第一次去只玩了一天，早上去晚上回，意犹未尽。澳门的景点比较集中
，大部分在澳门的历史城区，这次才知道原来澳门历史城区也是世界遗产。世界遗产总
是名不虚传的。澳门有很多教堂，每一个都很精美。教堂外墙多数采用了鹅黄色，玫瑰
堂的颜色比较艳丽一点，修整后的玫瑰堂矗立在市中心熠熠生辉。著名的澳门地标大三
巴牌坊就是教堂的大门，教堂毁于大火，只留下门。很惊奇澳门历史城区巴掌大的地方
竟然有如此高密度的教堂，反映了天主教在葡萄牙人统治澳门过程中的作用。澳门的大
楼大宅也喜欢用黄色，但是葡萄牙式的民居喜欢用柔和的浅绿色。浅绿和鹅黄把澳门装
点得明快活泼。葡式建筑里的葡国砖也是一大看点，西洋版的青花瓷。但是澳门多数的
