不爽主要有三点
1. One biz day handling变成了至少4 biz day handling。
2. 擅自降级shipping method，1st class/priority -> parcel post
3 biz days shipping 变成了 9 biz days shipping
而且parcel post也省不了他几毛钱

发帖数: 1174 | 8 几天前在ebay买了个不到300刀的包包，seller说是new with tag, 可是收到之后我发
现包包的下面竟然有2大片皮子都磨平了，根本就不是一般的stratch, 所以就要求退货
。（这个sell本来也是说14天之内 free return的）。
seller倒是很痛快的同意退货。可是下面的步骤就有点蹊跷了。
直接给open cancle transaction case,让我accept, 说完了就可以follow ebay
return procedure, 打label啥的。说收到货就给退钱。
我就看都没看就accept case，结果就是我根本就没有办法打return lable了，因为
ebay默认你cancle purchase了吧。
我就给seller写信说这case好像开的不对，让他给我lable, 我把包包寄回去。结果这
seller直接就给full refund了。也不提退货的事！
我等了几天没信，昨天又联系他请他把lable发过来。他让我自己弄usps parcel，完了

面介绍一下快递的基本科普知识：
以从美国发货为例，主要的快递有三个：FEDEX, UPS, DHL.其中前两个美国国内和
国际业务都有，DHL只有国际快递。三个快递的重量上限都是150lbs，超过150lbs 前两
个还可以使用其Freight业务，但那就不叫快递了也没有任何优势了，因为卡车货代公
司多得是。这三大公司只是在小包裹快递业“垄断”。
国际快递是按照体积+重量标准。公式是长X宽X高（英寸）/139=体积重量。体积重
量超过实际重量的话按大的值收费。很多电子器件，仪器等规定包装是周围5cm以上海
绵，有的还要用instapak吹塑海绵，所以往往很轻的物品箱子很大，最后运费贵出好几
倍，这个没办法。关于包装的要求我就不细讲了是有标准的。物品即不能紧贴箱壁，也
不能周围有空隙搬起来晃荡，需要用纸塞满。不同的重量等级要使用不同壁厚的纸箱(
比如double wall)。发货要尽量使用人家原厂包装，不要为了贪图便宜自己把物品取出
来换个小的箱子。

不是牛人，也没有遇到牛人那么难的面试。
4个多月前面的，整理过几个国人论坛半年内的G面经，周围也有不少人面，感觉还是比
百分之七八十的面经难，擦。
之前准备了一些最近常考的G家独有题，结果一个都没碰到。。。也没碰到过leetcode
，CC150原题。之前也看了不少杂书和advanced topic， 花了不少功夫准备，不过因为
其他事情中断了复习，最后突击了一下，这点还是希望大家引以为戒。
也许是大家都刷题bar高了，基本上全是算法而且要求写code且量不小，所有题都要推
到optimal解法， 至少有三个面试官没有循循善诱，而是赤裸裸的不到最优解不让写
code外加鄙视。后来自己从最优解回头看所有题目，各种呵呵。
面经只包括主要的题目，面试前后扯淡神聊的都没记录在内。我的表现也自然有好有坏
, 面试官看上去都很nice，可惜题目摆在那里，我水平不够，想放水都难。我简历是越
来越挫，G家还这样招待我教我做人，水平确实有限就不高攀了，自己回去闭关反省了
，希望能帮到大家。

一般来说这个重量的usps的parcel最便宜，但是priority的DC和箱子都不要钱，远的话
运费上了十几刀就可以考虑fedex了
举例说明：
如果体积小距离远自己又没有箱子，选择priority flat rate box应该是最合适的
如果体积比较大距离远，priority的large flat rate都装不下的话应该fedex是最便宜的
如果距离近的话，priority和parcel应该都不贵，介于priority的DC和盒子不要钱，还
可以免费让usps上门取，我一般会选择priority |

Parcel Post cost same or slight less than Priority in most cases, and it is
slower than First Class.

拿Santa Clara来说吧，汽车年注册费要增加，Jefferson校区Parcel Tax(IIRC)，我没
有细读，但是通过后，影响的就是你的钱包。还有Fremont联合校区要加Parcel Tax，

打算在学校里加portable, 或者所谓的盖二层，那点开发商的impact fee远远不会够给
这些新搬进来的孩子上学的。
至于附近居民反对盖公寓，还有一个主要原因是改善学区的钱都从parcel tax里面出，

D—Vacaville) represents a direct assault on Proposition 13’s two-thirds
vote protections! ACA 4 lowers the vote threshold to 55% in order to fund
special taxes specifically for transportation projects constructed locally.
The special taxes could fund everything from planning and design to
construction and maintenance of roads, highways, bridges, and public
transportation systems.
