你不会不知道行政学区和行政市区不一样吧。你知道lynbrook在san jose 吗？
cupertino school district覆盖六个城
市，只有小初中， 高中另外是一个学区管辖，也覆盖六个城市， 但是范围更大。所有
学区内居民， 不论属于哪个城市， 都必须交本学区的parcel tax, 也都有投票权。
不同行政学区之间很难重划。这一片是成熟社区， 老居民没孩子上学， 按户头照缴
parcel tax, 学区不会舍得放弃。 学区内部不同学校调济相对容易。 |

发帖数: 733 | 21 极有可能，拍卖公司寄钱币都是信封里面还要包一个硬纸壳子。很可惜很多Ebay的
seller尤其是老美，就直接把评级币放在parcel里面。打开了就算不懂，银晃晃的肯定
要被偷。我现在给泉友寄东西一般都包三层。Priory的大信封里面套小的parcel，然后
再用纸板或者报纸再包一下评级币或者裸币的水晶盒。小的parcel一般在USPS拿都是要
1.5到2美金，哥从来不付钱，反正塞到大信封他也不知道。纯粹为了解气，我的损失，
就让USPS弥补给别的泉友吧，哈哈！ |

Package Services parcel,小的走First-Class Mail parcel都很划算在心里承受范围
内，但是不大不小的包裹就很头痛，今天发的包裹中有个接近2磅的，用的Priority
Mail Service发的收了近14刀。邮局的人说即使用Package Services parcel也要10刀
左右。。。我没想到会这么贵呢，只收了那个mm5刀的邮费。。不得不上来求助，其他
jm是怎么邮的？光一个小包裹的邮费我自己就垫了近10刀，卖的都是白菜价，本身东西
也没卖多少钱，再这么发下去就要倒贴米米转东西了呵呵，谢谢。。 |

看来以后象这种1.4X 没合子的还是用BUBBLE WRAP 滚成一个球放在8.5X11 的BUBBLE
MAILER 更考谱点.
1ST CLASS 有两种, 1ST CLASS LETTER, 1ST CLASS PARCEL.
LETTER 不可有DC, PARCEL 可.
PARCEL 厚度必须> 3/4". LETTER 厚度必须<1/4"还有其他DIMENSTIONAL 要求.
重都不能超13 OZ.
要是在薄信上用了DC, 要么退回, 要么会向BUYER 按PRIORITY MAIL 收POSTAGE DUE. |

Then these parcels would not fall down because they have less density.
Hence potential energy will be deposited.
This is of course assuming that heating from computer would sustain. If

more quickly. For USPS, they can control how mails/parcels move in their
system, but they have no control over custom. But overall, USPS
international express can get delivered in 3-5 BUSINESS days if you send
some documents with zero claimed values.
Priority generally has no guarantee. It can take forever. |

发帖数: 174 | 40 我的小本生意，在医院里卖些办公用品，一种重量30磅左右，另一种10磅，都是低货值
，所以也不怕丢，ground shipping是唯一选择。
原来用USPS Parcel Post，后来用Paypal的UPS Ground，号称是31% off，但实际上就
是和daily pickup一样的价格，只是比USPS Parcel Post稍微便宜一点点。
基本上没有什么利润，就是在给UPS和医院打工。。。
各位神医和神户帮我看看吧，有什么办法降低我的运输成本吗？（我的量也不大，现在
每星期的运费开销也就不到200刀）Fedex会有更好的rate吗？还是应该向UPS要更大的
折扣？ebizship的ground shipping呢？
还有，Fedex的Smart Post怎么加入啊？？

发帖数: 412 | 43 Like travel on Camel. Add 2-3 days more in transit time than Parcel Post.
If you have 200-300 parcels with low value goods a day, you gnconsider using
that if you get a good rate from them, saving you 1-2USD per package on
average compared to normal USPS priority or FEDEX. |

通过ebay要求refund，ebay给了大概一个星期的时间让我们自己沟通。
请问这种情况如何处理比较合适？我知道Parcel Post非常慢，如果我refund money，
他又收到了怎么办？
这个星期一的时候给USPS打电话，说如果这周五还没有收到再打电话给他们。一般确认
包裹丢失要多久？我是不是需要等USPS这边有信儿了，再refund比较合适？

上打印）。这个确实是事实。但是不能网上打印的话，还是parcel post便宜一些。 |

business days，今天已经第九个business day，连个update都没有
一般都用fedex并且买保险的，这次是寄到夏威夷看fedex要80多，就用了usps parcel
，结果也忘了买保险了 |
