cupertino school district覆盖六个城
市，只有小初中， 高中另外是一个学区管辖，也覆盖六个城市， 但是范围更大。所有
学区内居民， 不论属于哪个城市， 都必须交本学区的parcel tax, 也都有投票权。
不同行政学区之间很难重划。这一片是成熟社区， 老居民没孩子上学， 按户头照缴
parcel tax, 学区不会舍得放弃。你知道eisenhower学校在051吗？划出去学校也出去
了。 对入学没有影响。倒是本来到eisenhower 上学的cupertino 和san jose的居民就
必须去de vagas了。
学区内部不同学校调济相对容易。 |

就这么个不注意细节的教练来带队，结果可想而知。95年靠着Jimmy Johnson打下来的
班底，再夺一个SB (我老也是从那时候开始看NFL). 97年以6-10的战绩收场，下台。
后面是Chain Gaily,前港人的OC,干了2年牛仔，两进季后赛两败。
然后JJ提拔了当时的DC Dave Campo做主教练。随着90年代出那批年轻人的老去伤病，
和工资帽问题，牛仔连着经历了三个5-11赛季。那段时间，牛仔当时的工资帽下，只有
60%的占工资帽的球员还在场上打球。 跟这个赛季何其相似。
Bill Parcel来了以后，牛仔渐渐有些起色，很多烂球员烂contract被清除。又一批年
轻实力球员被草稿：肉末，Witten, Ware, Austin, Newman, 马巴巴，Jay Ratliff等
等一批实力新人入队。
Jerry旧病复发，开始干涉Big Tuna的人事决定，包括硬是签下了Parcell最讨厌的TO。

严格意义上讲比利时没有USPS，估计是用邮局的Airmail Parcel寄的，到美国以后由USPS
负责投递。在邮局如果用Express Mail（在中国叫“特快专递”），是有Tracking
Number的，如果用Airmail Parcel就没有Tracking Number，也没有任何办法Tracking。
Zeropong在美国国内，用的是Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation，是有
Tracking Number的，但此项服务只对国内，不对国际。 |

的欢迎大家给补充。
1-13oz平整规则的东西比如书信，衣服和书本，可以用first class mail, +DC大概最
贵的要3.96 (2-3天到)，如果paypal打印还能再便宜.53？
13oz以上的分两种，很小的可以装在priority Envelope或small flat box里
邮，能塞多少塞多少，不过其实这个box很小的，一本500页小说那么大，大概要4.95（
2天到），而且这个paypal上没发打印label，因为这项服务好像是新的，现在paypal上
还没发选。
很大的要走parcel post，但是不能超过70pound，长宽加一起不能超过108inches，而
且这个很慢，2-9天到，14oz-1pound 无论哪里都是4. 55+DC，超过 1pound不到2pound
根据地区不同从4.55-6.67。再往上就不说了，我要看电视去了，给个链接看看。

hurt to have new perspectives.
3D printing is new. Basically a printer receives input from you and lay down
powder of metal or ceramic or plastic (rather than the traditional ink
powder on paper) one layer at a time, which is consolidated by adding glue.
The next layer then starts. The whole process is pretty quick actually.

post是26.xx，当然如果是寄到家的话，fedex另收2.45刀。这都是不算保险的情况下，
如果算上保险费，usps会更加贵，更不用说usps tracking不靠谱，parcel速度慢，丢
包的几率略大等等 |
