的意见回来，每个人的意见都十几条，有的就完全是鸡蛋里挑骨头，还有的就是让玩命
加实验。没办法，只能硬着头皮补呗，结果两个月过去了，突然editor又给发来第三个
reviewer的意见，又是十几条。最后只能跟editor要延期，要了两次，搞了多半年才把
大多数reviewer要求的东西补完，搞了将近一年才最后接收。反正我自己的文章肯定不
投这里，就是只能投低一点，也认了，plos pathogens太折磨人。 |

II), and communicated. Only the communicated ones are been eliminated. A
lot of edited track two papers are actually very good, and the contributed
line is still open after the change. So the PNAS members won't complaint too
much.
PLoS Biology and PLoS medicine are the top two journals in PLoS. I don't
think PLoS pathogen are as high as those two and don't confuse them. PLoS

pathogenic bacteria，像Staphylococcus这类的，是很主动贴壁的？我做实验时发现
从一个平台没法转移到另一个平台，这两类东西贴壁性质似乎差非常多？外行做的课题

民去海鲜市场找证据，找其它野生动物的麻烦。 而且还是病毒所去找的，找完了还装
模做样化验呀，分离呀什么的。最后把责任全部推给了海鲜市场的动物。可是那种动物
，一直不敢说，说了其它相关已经在人就会去早那种动物监测。 所以压根不说，打马
虎眼。
事实上，早在2013 年，就是这个武汉病毒研究所，已经从来自云南的蝙蝠身上所携带
的corona virus中分离出第一株蝙蝠SARS类似样的冠状病毒的活病毒，其中就包含了类
似于S类型的基因。从而证实这株病毒能够使其接受和SARS病毒相同的受体，并能够感

P. acnes is part of the normal flora on adult skins. it rarely causes deep
tissue infection in people with normal immune system, and it can be easily
detected by regular culture. one time (+) on culture usually means
contamination of the sampling process. if it is repeatedly seen on culture,
then it is likely in the deep tissue infection.
