I was watching this baby since it was $158, and I put it in my cart to see
if the amazon's reputed marketing robot will do something, and my patience
pays off!
after almost two month, my first bike stand is on its way to my home!
I almost bought spin doctor's cheap stand (the one that support bike from
bottom) and then I found out tuning dérailleur is almost impossible since
most bikes will sit on their cables.

今天上站发现世界变化快。 art流窜到了纽约。 俺也正在找工作，如果不幸找到附近地
区（意味着两地分居），我们一起玩如何？
前两天录了patience，了我一桩心事
大概情况是这样，共11轨。
三个部分 前奏和嘘嘘。guitar 1, guitar 2, guitar solo, 哨子
唱和节奏， 唱，g rhythm 1, rhythm 2,
solo和节奏。前半solo，后半solo,solo rhy1, rhy2，.
最后一段的vocal 即兴没有录，因为俺的嗓子挤不了那么高。 马马虎虎凑合就得了。
这三段在samplitude里粘和的不顺畅，尤其是第二段和solo(第三段)（其实最后一个和弦
走成了D，应该是C），当时在samplitude里调位置的时候，因为最小步长比较大（左右健
控制，大约步长是.2秒）所以不能正好粘到第二段的末尾。 也许是声卡太差精度低的原
因。

忍耐奔跑
经文: 「……存心忍耐，奔……」（来十二1）
「…..存心忍耐，奔……」是一件非常困难的事情。 「奔」的时候，常是缺
乏「忍耐」的时候；因为「奔」的时候，常是急急想达到目的的时候。我们平常说起「
忍耐」，立刻就会联想到「静止」──一幕天使守护病榻的图画。然而我以为静止的忍
耐，并不是最难做到的忍耐。
我相信有一种忍耐，更难做到－－就是那同时能「奔」的忍耐。固然，在悲伤
的时候不动，在不幸的时候不言，需要极大的忍耐；可是我知道一件事，需要更大的忍
耐：就是在袭击之下继续工作──心中负着重压，仍不停止往前「奔」；灵里深感痛苦
，仍然勉力尽职。这才是基督的忍耐！
许多时候，上帝要我们学习忍耐，不是在床上，乃是在街上。上帝要我们埋葬
我们的悲哀，不是在寂静中，乃是在活动中──在贸易中、在工场中、在交际的时候、
在帮助别人的时候。没有一种埋葬比这种埋葬更难；可是这就是所谓「…..存心忍耐，

缺少patience，艺术家达不到炉火纯青的地步。每次我听邓丽君的歌就心平下来。想什
么时候我的写作也能达到万人迷的时候才算有些成就了。
缺少patience，事业很难开创新领域。新领域要花时间，在什么都做不出来的时候都要
坚定信心。灌水文章当然快了，一旦灌顺手了，很难停，人也懒了。
缺少patience，人际关系一团糟。有矛盾不必急着解决，大家都冷静一下，事情放放可
能发现其实很简单。

，排队几个月后21个月在美国top5的权威儿童医院拿到经典自闭的诊断之后一直接受强
度很大的各种训练。。我不常来逛这个坛子，因为我家孩子让我担心的地方，和这里家
长们通常讨论的东西，根本搭不上边。。大家在讨论怎么推娃，上什么兴趣班的时候，
我担忧的是怎么以后能够让娃生活自理，自立而不拖累这个社会，怎么学会和人交流（
说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的
痛苦。。。但是看到了最近的热贴，有些id对我们这些可怜的家庭们的各种不太善意的
猜测，非常震惊。当然，也同时看到很多general ed， gifted ed的家长们的同情和爱
心，和让人温暖感动的话，在这里也想替我们这些家庭，谢谢你们的支持。

关于弹琴，说一点我的心得吧。我们老大也是不喜欢practice，我很诚恳得
跟她说，不喜欢就quit，妈妈totoally fine with this。但是她就是不quit
但也不practice。 斗争很久，我总结出如下对策，so far还很管用，她都是
自己练琴，不用我再监督。
1. 给点好处。 比如老师说每周至少练5天，每天45分钟。 我就跟她说我们
每周只要练3天就行了，每次30分钟，其他时间你玩吧。 然后她就很开心，
觉得妈妈是她一伙的，再让她练琴，她就比较乐意。
2. 周末每天练两次，每次半个小时。一大早起来让她自己plan今天的schedule，
什么时候练琴，让她写下来，基本她都会排到晚上，无所谓，只要她自己最后
谈了就行
孩子稍微大一些，就会简单很多。 养孩子，patience, patience and patience.
