Put the merit of your claim aside, wording your idea in a patronizing way
didn't help much.
There are at least two ways of phrasing your ideas better:
1. Tell your thought straight, then use evidence to support the claim.
2. Tell it's just your guess, and say that it can be wrong. |

还几次
国内的图书馆也去过几个。现在不少图书馆都是开架的。一般的省图书馆都开架十几年了吧？我见到
的馆员态度都很不错，都很愿意帮忙。
国内图书馆的政策一般是：假设借出去的资料是完备的，借的人要负责。馆员严格执行政策，也不能
说是诚信问题吧？
在斯坦福大学的主图书馆，进出也是要查包的。

我其实挺赞同另一位 HannsG 同学说的话：孩子 field trip；爹妈最好跟着当 patron
。一来孩子安全有保障；二来和老师混个脸熟。貌似做这种义工的亚裔父母并不多，即
使小孩子有语言不通的问题。
把语言不通的孩子送美国人开的幼儿园，那父母的胆子也挺大的。不知道让一个语言不
通的孩子在一个几乎什么也听不懂的环境中待三至八个小时，会不会对幼小的心灵产生
创伤？那个十岁的外甥女似乎都能痛哭三小时 . . . 还有一个很温顺的男孩子据说开
始推人，而且推了几乎所有的同班同学 . . . 当然，几乎没有人能或者愿意因此起诉
父母。 |

幼儿园的field trip爹妈有空的，还是跟着比较好。
LZ女儿这事，一定要上报的，对自己对其他孩子负责。
Lz不要担心孩子语言问题，开头两月有点难，在家教点必要的口语就可以了。比如
要吃喝的，要上厕所的话等。孩子腼腆的话，看看班上有没有中国孩子，两人
playdate，多玩玩，孩子有个朋友就好很多了。如果没有中国孩子，找个孩子喜欢
的美国孩子一起playdate，很快孩子语言就跟上了，即使不会说，但是能够听懂。

。先要发生的就是和department of social service或你们周相应监管部门file
complaint。然后就是调查。如果是家长的责任，好，大家都各回各家。如果是幼儿园
的责任，后边会有discipline actions. 当事老师的处罚，幼儿园的处罚，temporary
revoking lic，recertification,幼儿园liability insurance premium的变化等等。
这些对楼主没有直接的好处，但是对楼主以及其他家长有好处，因为他们的孩子会有一
个更安全放心的环境。这些都完了，才是法律诉讼阶段。
对，没有直接的physical damage 但是有间接的emotional distress，比如potty
delay影响进入高年级版，比如导致孩子不再讲话了，比如睡觉经常惊醒之类。请参看
过去的一些案例。
最后提醒你一句，这个incident和语言没有半毛钱关系。家长和幼儿园的雇佣关系里没
