前阵子在Palisades parkway上开车被抓了，
说是超速24迈，虽然后来我觉得是超了，
可是觉得不会那么多。
所以想plea not guilty.
要是去上庭的话，我应该什么策略呢？
如果警察不去的话，是不是我什么都不用说，直接被dismiss?
如果警察去了呢？我是应该直接认了算了，还是跟他争一下，
说我没有超24迈那么多？胜算大么？
还有，新泽西警察不出庭的概率大不大呀？
正在犹豫要不要去出庭，因为虽然不想认罚，但毕竟有些理亏，
底气不足（以前在加州被抓过一次，
不过底气太足了，明显我就没有超，所以写信去argue掉了）

downtown Manhattan. It is one block away from the Pavonia/Newport Path train
station, NJ light rail, and ferry. By path train it is 10 minutes to WTC

Station，3分钟就能走到。 周围有若干restaurants, supermarkets, 离Target,
Staples也近。 房租是$1565 per month。 Landlord需要你填一份申请转租的表格，等
management office批准后，就可以签新的Lease. 没有别的要求,但是可能会需要做
check。新的lease可以从4月1号， 或者4月15号开始。
