grocery，快餐店，安静且安全。
Room：是一个3br里的最大间，5月5号可入住。大约80sq ft，带独立卫生间和洗澡间。
房间是furnished的，有一张queen size床，床头柜，书架，写字台，椅子和一个大衣
橱。storage room也有，可以装大行李箱。
Roommates：另外两个房间里分别住着一个中国guy和一个韩国girl，both in their 20
's，都有全职工作。很friendly, respectful and clean。希望找同样friendly和
clean的室友。
Common Space：living room里有一个大电视和一张大沙发。厨房是fully equipped，
冰箱很大。
Rent：可以住一个人或两个人。一个人的房租是$750，两个人的房租是$850。入住需交
1.5个月的房租作为deposit。utilities included，网费平分（大约每月每人10刀）。
