发帖数: 12977 | 4 以前在跑步机上注意pawing back，也在youtube上看到那个老头滑稽的pawning back
的训练，但是都没有在户外实验过。
这次看到whx的five fingers 体会，再次谈到pawing back, 今天早上出去跑步就特别
注意做到这点。
结果前两迈calf开始出乎寻常的累，3-4迈开始quad也开始累。
跑到6-7迈的时候，已经适应不再觉得那么累了，然后我脑海中一直想着180步频，就反
复默念 one Mississippi,结果发现我的步频其实已经到了200左右，太快了，怪不得累。
放慢步频，感觉更好些，我的sweet spot 步频其实在160左右，还是太慢了。
现在想想就明白了，如果你要提高步频，pawing back就是很自然的事情了。
一个夏天荒废以后，我的easy run速度直线下降，最近已经到了平均9分钟的pace，今
天注意了pawing back, 其实就是加快了步频，没有明显增加effort，今天的11迈
bread and butter easy run 就回升到8分钟的pace （大部分还是8分多一点，9-10迈

活动。
出乎意料的跑出了6迈的pace。尤其是在前一晚被sonny抢了一晚上枕头没睡好，而且一
个半月都没跑步的情况下。回来看到猫睡的香的不行，有人爱真幸福。
给paws chicago做个广告，已有宠物需要疫苗，neutered的欢迎来我们在26街的clinic
，比vet便宜多了。正在纠结要不要养新动物的欢迎来挑选，地址在1997 N Clybourn。
最后特别谢谢jocab爸爸介绍我去这个shelter，应该是碰到过一面，不过没敢认呵呵。

发帖数: 5418 | 15 七月末以前一直在练，一周能跑4，5个5迈，状态还不错。八月初生了一场大病，之后
搬家换工作旅游好久不跑，上周跑了两次4迈，都非常惨烈。这个周末有朋友来，陪玩
陪吃的，也没来得及提前注册等等，前一晚被家猫抢了一晚上枕头没睡好，早上还起来
晚了，连跑带颠最后在出发前一分钟戴好号码到了出发线。
出乎意料的跑出了6迈的pace，49:42。全程心肺完全没有觉得有负担，腿到后面有点抬
不起了，感觉还是没有push自己到极限。去年跑过一个5k，也是10：00的pace，跑完了
觉得肺都要炸了，没想到一年断断续续跑下来还真是有进步。
最后给paws chicago做个广告，已有宠物需要疫苗，neutered的欢迎来我们在26街的

recovery, 9 mi total. What I found was that "butt-kicking" does not work. It
actually slows me down. The reason is that it slows down my leg turnover,
and as I drove my legs with 2/2 breathing, my breathing also slowed down. In
running, to go faster, you just have to breathe faster. There is no
shortcut. When I started to focus on paw-back and breathe faster, my pace
dipped under 5:50, which felt good.

在跨过海湾之前（也就是说在Chesapeake海湾的西侧），如果向南，可以到达Calvert
Cliffs State Park。这是紧靠海湾的一列悬崖，虽然并非高达万丈，但在大西洋沿岸
中部一带（Mid-Atlantic），海岸线都是被冲击平整的，这样的悬崖并不多见。这里也

该pull 而不是 push。我的理解是跑步动作是把脚抬起来（pull），前送，pull back
（避免overstride），落地，paw back（push）。前面三个动作通过knee lift完成，
短跑有很强的paw back，长跑的paw back相对小很多，不是主要的，至少对普通人来说
。而knee lift 是由大腿和core 肌肉完成的，这些是大肌肉，而以承担比较重的负担
。paw back 是小腿肌肉完成。这也揭示了为什么应该pull 多于 push。
mark 说总是在马拉松时抽筋，并且提到ball landing 需要很强的 calf，所以我感觉
，是因为 push 比较多的缘故。
pose 说，身体前倾，自然就需要 pull，从而脚步往前。我觉得胯部前送也造成同样的
效果，这样的感觉就是跑的过程中好像总是忙于 pull 才能赶上身体前进的速度，步频
会自动加快。物理老师说 pull 小车要比 push 小车轻松，就是这个感觉。即使我是

很不好意思，我偏偏就做过义工，还不止一次，不止一个地方，
包括，kill和no-kill,包括大的，小的，山寨的。
做的工作也五花八门，包括clinic，TNR，前台，调查。
你不服末？
我说的可不是听说来的。是我亲耳听到的。
芝加哥那个paws的主管，说不要去ACC，说他们没钱，只会kill，还一脸不屑。你认为
这种态度对吗？
芝加哥的The Animal Welfare League, 他们是kill的。他们说他们缺钱，他们的笼子
都码到天花板去了。
无非也是要多救点。 你要去对比过这两个地方，就会感慨什么叫天堂和地狱。
AWL里面的主管说，他们好的动物（容易被收养的）都被paws等no－kill的拿去了。
虽然说Paws是no－kill的，但是有时他们会把adop不出去的退到AWL去，由AWL去kill。
PAWS有很多捐款不说，还不时的污蔑他们，造成他们的捐款很少，只能靠spey和neuter
部门撑着。
他们也想多救，少杀，只是资金撑不住。
这是芝加哥最大的两个shelter，正好一个kill，一个no－kill，很有代表性。

别亲近人类，会被放在shelter的铁笼子里，供人认养。如果不亲近人也不怕人，会被

2000年, 我家老二新婚, 小夫妻買了兩隻喜馬拉亞種出生才14天的小貓. 一隻取名"
Bluey", 一隻"Joey". 姐妹倆, 可愛極了. 沒幾年, 老二的兩個孩子相繼出世. 夫妻倆
為了孩子們, 忙得不可開交. 沒時間去照顧兩隻貓. 長得滿滿的長毛沒人剪. 只見一團

中新网4月17日电 据台湾今日新闻网报道，英国有位猫主人百思不解，为什么爱猫
“优勒”的体重总是往上爬升，因此自行发明了一个卫星定位装置G-Paws，可以固定在
项圈上，等到猫咪回家后通过USB传输线下载该装置里的文件，就能清楚掌握爱猫每天
的生活动向。
英国猫主人Dave Evans表示，因为发现自己饲养的猫咪“优勒”，体重逐渐增加，
即使他试着调整喂食的份量，还是无法解决这个问题，于是自己设计了一款可以追踪猫
咪动向的卫星定位装置G-Paws，能够固定在项圈上，跟着猫咪四处移动。
等到猫咪回到家后，可以透过USB传输线，下载该装置所记录的数据，且能显示在
Google地图上，Evans因此知道，“优勒”喜欢在每天早上六点的时候去追鸡、哪里是
它最爱去的地方、谁拿食物给它吃等。这项卫星定位装置G-Paws重达15克，要价50英镑
