我在你们州大系统工作过，当然知道：不交ss,就是pension 8%，403B自己放不放，自
己决定，没有matchup。我在公司干，就交SS，公司要match SS和我的401K 6%（6。25+
6%=12。25% 是公司的全部matchup)，这么简单的数学。很多人不知道的是州里员工不
交SS。
就是defined,每年的政府budget应该把钱放出来的。那个布拉哥维奇当州长的时候，这
些matchup就基本没给过。Pension全靠在职员工的contribution维持的。以前的州长，
Edgar还是不错的。往后就一代不如一代了。
得，上次看一家银行的economist说的，芝加哥的pension布什没有解决方法，它的
property tax加一倍，还没有NJ高。IL的州税多少年都是3%，前面几年没办法了才5%。

Not that I agree with the following argument
Some people think, black people are currently underrepresented in colleges,
therefore, when a Asian kid and black kid with the same qualification are
considered by school, they should choose the black kid.
Why?
1. Because they are currently underrepresented.
2. It is expected those black college kids will become role models and make
an influence on other black kids. Which is believed by some people as making
greater contribution.

and union is so powerful, we can't lessen the power of the rich.
the issue is public union does not fight the rich head to head. they get
what they want from tax payers and walk away, leaving the rich to control
the politicians and get their share from tax payers too. |
