希望你不是真以为IUL 给了你一个终生保险, 那会巨贵无比的! IUL 之所以看起来能接
受, 那是因为到后来都是你自己的cash value build up.
With Term + low cost investment, your after-tax cash value will be always
better than the IUL's cash value build up, especially this is after Term
life expiration, which is at least 20 or 30 years later!
What if I die in 5 years? Well, you will get Term payout, plus your own
investment is still yours. With IUL, you just the payout, and lose all your
cash value build up to insurers!

commitment to shareholders' interest. The stock price of such a company is
another story. Usually the payout ratio is a good measure of the dividend
safety. A low payout ratio,e.g. <30%, is quite manageable. However, REITs
are required to pay out 90% to avoid double taxation. In 401K account, this
translates to no tax at all until future withdraw - a rare gem in today's

是和产量匹配的，换句话说产量高就payout快，产量少就payout慢。ATPG的价值去掉债
务还是比marketcap高很多，就算现金流有问题，可以卖资产，油气的M&A还是很火的。

我刚刚试了一下这个网站，目前挣了13刀，你view offers时候按payout dollars排序
，从payout最高的试起。就是有些风险，pay的高的要给信用卡信息，有些试用产品拿
到就要去退货。
另外如果手头拮据，可以去看看省钱版和理财版，有的时候申请开一个银行帐户就给你
100刀，就是这笔钱不会马上到账。
也可以申请一个balance transfer和purchase一年之内 0% APR的credit card,比如US
Bank的LinuxFund.org creditcard。我申请到了，credit line 8000,但是没欠什么钱
也没大件要买，所以还没用过。我不是这方面的专家，不知道你能不能向朋友个人借一
笔钱然后用BT套出的钱还给他。
要找local 的临时工可以到中国超市遛遛，可能有人贴找中文翻译/老师和nanny 的广
告。餐馆打工也可以，时间还可能灵活一些，日本餐馆不是很累。
还可以再找一份parttime H1的啊。总之，办法还是很多的。 |

1.有孩子的都应该买life insurance，越早买越便宜，公司的group insurance是不够
的，一是数额比较小，二是万一失业了这个insurance就没有了，年纪大了万一失业了
再想买term life会很贵。
2.life insurance分term和whole life，whole life顾名思义就是能保一生，有点类似
saving账户，满足一定条件可以取钱出来，term期满了以后没有任何benefit，premium

现在的payout value 是一个unit 85.9，买入是117. 去年买入101，payout 76.
等于你一买先亏掉30%，存3年才回本吧，还不知道拿钱用的时候有多少。如果小孩还很
小的话可以考虑一下，小孩10岁以上的就算了吧。之前有人算过要15年才能赶上别的

Big Ten schools will each receive a record $24.6 million in shared revenue
from the conference, according to a report from stltoday.com with numbers
provided by the Illinois athletic department.
$7.2 million of that estimate is expected from the Big Ten Network, which is

3rd tier rights to each school so the SEC payouts only include money for
1st and 2nd tier rights.

BIG12各队平均Payout是五大联盟里最多26.2M,而且BIG10即使有BTN都没弄过BIG12,
BIG10以25.8M排第2,然后是PAC12和ACC.球队平均收益最少的居然是SEC(19M).会议分红
和会议成绩好像都不是主要原因吧?
SEC那么多招生大州和大校,人均PAYOUT却是最低的联盟.如果因为钱才使ACC被拆解,似
乎说不通啊.到目前为止,我还是不认为ACC有什么被分裂的危险. |
