resident，当然如果你旅游来美国，过了体检，很有可能办下来这个保险。但是在

How much payment each month, how much payout, for how long, for what
eligibility and purposes. We have such plans too but I can tell you the
restrictions applied makes such an insurance pretty much useless. It is NOT
the traditional LTC, it is a different type of LTC that *assist with*, not
paying for.
Please post the exact terms here. I am intrigued to see. Devil is in the
details.
