builder给了10k bonus可以做closure cost,也可以做upgrade option
现在的情况是 buyer agent给的rebate已经可以支付closure cost了（根据银行的人说
的）
现在头痛了 怎么才能充分利用这个10k的价值呢
builder给了以下几个option，哪个不是很需要啊 （后院不是很大的）:
Air Conditioner: $3515 -
Dryer: $665 -
Washer: $875 -
Pedestals: $205 x2
Rear Yard Irrigation: $1720 -
还有什么大家觉得可以利用的呢？
因为在king country,我还在想还能不能把剩下的钱冲到sewage capcity 的钱里面去

要注意的是stack kit和pedestal（抽屉）只能二选一。如果想用像LG的sidekick那样
的洗衣机就不能stack。samsung的flexwash也不能stack。 |

lowest, but actual cost is at least $150 less than BB/Home Depot when I
bought (top of the line LG with 2 pedestal) plus extended warranty.
I always add extended warranty to washer/dryer, so maybe you don't add this
to the bottom line. |

As I student I can honestly say Skyline is a stressful place to be. I am
currently a Junior (only 8 more days!) and this has been the hardest year
for me. The teachers varry from exceptional to poor depending on the subject
. Though the school is difficult I do feel it will pre-pair me for college.
My older sister, who is attending UW currently as a junior, said Skyline is
harder than college. If you are willing to stick it out, the reward is worth
it.
