yet he felt he was given a hard time when it was pointed out to him. He
should have humbly accepted that he made a mistake, that he has a lot to
learn, and he would definitely seek out guidance from the interviewer once

一种东东。没地下室的可能就不用担心这种渗透。
据说老房子的水泵是把水排到下水道，而这种可耻的做法已经被多数
地方政府禁止。有农民专家指出应该把水排到房子20英尺以外，至于
排出的水还会不会回来，邻居有没有意见等问题该专家没有论述。
常见的Sump Pump从有两种结构：Pedestal和Submersible。前者电机
在上面，下面有根管子插入那个洞洞；后者可以整个插入洞洞。洞洞
里的水位高到一定程度就触发开关开始排水。潜水式的要贵一点。
除了这两种结构还有种新的Floor Sucker Pump，它不需要洞，估计
是在地板下面造了个漏斗。
从动力上分有电动、水压（压力来自房子的pluming system）和手动
三种。水压的可以做停电时的备份系统，手动的太费劲了吧。
泵体的材料有塑料和铸铁两种，铁的贵但是持久。 |

我们厕所的面积是5x10，只有tub+shower，没有单独的shower。
一：vanity.54"。材料是quartz。连工带料代拆旧欢新680。相当于你这几项吧。

• New 30” vanity and cabinet
• Install new marble tub with drain and faucet
（不明白你为什么喜欢marble，那玩意中看不中用，很容易stain，久了还漏水）。
二：浴缸四周墙壁拆旧换新，人工300，厕所地面拆旧换新350。
材料另算400多吧(我们用了一些花砖,拦腰也加了一圈花砖,这种砖是论片买的).
