个关于
peer review讨论会的call for paper，发到我的信箱里来。
我个人的看法是，很难有更好的制度来代替它，完善它才是更重要的问题。现在我们需
要注意的是，
能够让大家更了解更关注存在的问题，然后在参与peer review时尽量避免这些问题。
从自己的角
度出发，为完善这个制度贡献自己的力量。
很想把文章发出来，找个好工作，是每个人都会有的想法。但是，如果你的最终目的不
止于此，而是
想对这个领域的发展贡献一份自己的力量，你面对harsh的批评时就是平和一点，你可
能也会更理解
那些reviewer们。
总之，如果你觉得对自己的研究问题还意犹未尽，你仍然可以留在academic里，继续做
几年。

of peers' data.
Say, P1 (peer 1) has following rows in table "serve"

...

hundreds if not thousands of entries.
Peer 2 (P2) perform a broadcast query to all peers in a group
and expect to obtain the queries. I used a dumb query like:
SELECT * FROM serve
and P1 would return the entire table to P2. However, later
P2 does the query again, since P2 is interested in updates |

I am just giving perspective from the spec point of view, HUgh actually may
have a lot in the practical world how the products implement the
features
IKE is a peer to peer protocol, taht means with proper policy imposed on
both peers, whenever a peer needs to talk to the other, it needs to
set up the SA first, so for the responder(the one who receives the packets),
the SA should have been in place since the initiator was supposed to
do the IKE whenever the initiator sees the outbound packets |

反应迟钝，短视，blabla。但是在出现一个完美替代品之前，谁也不敢真的去动它，就
连小规模的改革都很难，因为后果谁也预测不了，很可能会是灾难性的，谁不相信，就
让他去古拉格群岛或者五七干校住几年，hehe

今天早晨是我们科每周例行的 Grand rounds（大查房）。请来的主讲人（V医生）是一
名曾经在我们医院工作过的麻醉医生，他现在从事医院管理工作。V医生讲述了一个发
生在自己身上的真实故事。这个故事令所有台下的听众唏嘘不已，为之动容。
【事故经过】
那是1999年冬某天的中午，一位30几岁的女性来我们医院接受足部手术。麻醉方案
是全麻辅以手术前下肢神经阻断，V医生是主麻。神经阻断操作一切顺利，神经刺激器
给出预期的肌肉运动，针管回抽没有血液（表明针头位置正确），于是分次共注入30毫
升的局麻药（Bupivicaine，布卡）。
但是几分钟后，意想不到的事情发生了：病人逐渐出现意识不清，继而发展为癫痫
大发作，很快发展为 Cardiac arrest （心脏骤停）。V医生立刻组织抢救，心肺复苏

的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability

关键是你根本不知道美国社会的运转机制和埃及、中国都不一样，老美搞的router-
based packet switching Internet就是美国社会的epitome，routers配置有大有小有
穷有富，但本质上都是人格独立的对等peer实体、只需要听协议(法律)的（个别脑子进
水的喜欢把其它peer当主子的有，但影响可以忽略不计）。
落实到法律上就是judged by peers(中立陪审团裁决最高)，而不是中国的judged by

这么一来，霉国今天的peer review不但无法提高治学科研水平，而且百害无一利

的数据显示，仅在论文发表后的最初两个月，就有将近4000篇相关的中文新闻报道。
NgAgo的轰动之处集中在它有可能补充，甚至取代CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑系统之一点

果，充其量连survey都不是，无法被peers reivew和验证，说明创新是假创新，是大空
话，是文科灌水滥文。
为什么不用很多peers验证过的pussy皿煮制度？阿三的皿煮搞得不咋地，也只能说明是
个资历差的滥学生，咋不盯着欧美辣么多成就优秀的peers？ |
