完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的
做模版。同时给几个人发要推荐信，我的两个老板的，是我自己写好，他们签名的，两

本人背景简介： 生物类，交EB-1A I-140时共有7次审稿（6个期刊，the highest IF =

接下来会花点时间陆续贴些心得体会，希望能给战斗中的战友们有所帮助。
（注：我是站在巨人的肩上前进。有些经验和感想其实也是前人经验的总结，我这儿就
不一一引用标明出处了，见谅！）
1. 如何短期提高审稿数量？
提高审稿数量可以考虑以下几条途径：
（1）大部分PHD都有过帮老板审稿的经历，如果你老板再找你帮助审稿，那就直截了当
说你要申绿卡，让他／她把你推荐给主编，然后让主编直接给你发invitation letter.
类似情况，让同事或朋友把审稿转给你。
（2）发信骚扰领域内各大杂志的主编
。最好是根据自己发表文章的档次，来找同一档
次及以下的所有杂志来骚扰。当然，如有自信，可以骚扰更好的杂志，或许有意想不到
的收获。如下是我用的一个骚扰信模版。一定要结合自身情况改头换面后再用，切记！

发帖数: 130 | 26 更新，为应付RFE，增加了6封推荐信，中国教授一封，韩国副教授一封，美籍华人（自
己开公司）一封，美国教授一封，两位编辑各一封。文章数目没有增加，引用从151增
加到了171次，审稿从31增加到了36次。虽然引用数目还行，但是，没有一个引用是大
家所认为的亮点。所有的推荐人没有一个业内的牛人。所审的稿，除了plos one用
google的排名，看起来还行，其它都是不知名期刊。律师建议在感恩节前送出RFE
response，好让移民官一边吃这火鸡肉，一边审我的案子。结果证明律师是正确的。我
只能说，自己比较幸运，碰到了比较好的移民官。

主要申诉，找io的语言漏洞，提供具体例子
1.“publishing and performing peer review duties are considered job

3个中国人。
课程每星期一次，小组meeting一次，然后大家一起做了2个project，2个presentation
.所以
工作基本上是平均分配，大家共同参与，合作也基本愉快，3个白人关系比较好，3个中
国人关系比较
好，有一个白人一直比较傲慢，大家也都没说什么...
整个学期没有考试，成绩基于project和presentation，我们组的成绩是A. 老师说最后
一节课是
peer evaluation，然后说成绩这样评，“如果小组5个人，有3个人给你评B，而小组成
绩是A，那
么你成绩就是B。如果四个A，而小组成绩是A，那么你成绩是A."当时没有人有异议。
接着成绩出来，我一看傻眼了。我只得了B+，马上打电话给其他几个中国人，说是分别
得了B和B-。
然后大家都说我们几个在打peer review的时候给所有人都是A. 所以我们几个人都非常
意外。现在
明显是几个美国人给我们的evaluation很低，但是他们在学期中并没有提出任何意见，
而所有
evaluation都是匿名的。

挑一些学术上争论就说是“造谣”，故左右而言他，给自己找台阶下。
我说过“可能”都该去掉了吗？别把我没说的话“造谣”塞给我。
我迷信peer review吗? peer review固然不能100%全信，
有peer review总比没有peer review的东西更可信。
我说了好几遍了，
既然你“造谣”标准那么严，请你用同样的标准鉴定一下反同人士的文章好了。
别对反同文章一个标准，对反反同的文章另一个标准。

发帖数: 12020 | 46 我们小学的时候唯一知道的其他学生家长就是本校老师，我到高中快毕业才知道班里一
少部分同学的家长是谁。不过我们班学生背景单纯，家长基本上就是来自两个单位的，
工作性质也差不多。
另外我同学里好像从没听说婚礼大操大办的，毕业典礼也参加得少，象我从小到大，一
次毕业典礼也没参加，修学位和吃饭一样平常的事情，虽然花时间长点，也没必要那么
兴师动众吧。而且祝寿的学术会议也没见带小孩的呀，前阵老杨那个，你见到照片里有
小孩满地跑？
peer pressure 是肯定有的，公立私立都一样，但选学校的原因之一不就是选好的
peer pressure 吗？谁都不希望孩子的peer pressure 是名牌包包化妆品，而希望是学
业的进取吧。你的例子给我的感觉是好公立孩子的 peer pressure 是“我爸是李刚”。
至于放羊，我不知道你指什么，我孩子每天计划作业量在45分钟，附近十分公立没有家
庭作业。学生之间也会比较课业和特长什么的，只是不比较父母而已。希望学校对
bully 这类事情干涉也算逃避竞争？难道竞争就是看谁爸爸是李刚和打架？这我还真有
点不理解了。
