i guess looking for pelvic inflammatory disease, ovaries, uterus, cervix and
things like that, it doesn't check urinary bladder or appendix though,
sometimes you might find something interesting though, like a potato or
something like that,
haven't done one for a long time, hope i'll never have to again, for all the
pelvic exam i have done i can only say one patient was young and good
looking but i was so dead tired and really just want to go home and sleep

gradually let loose the muscle, repeat 10 times. Do it 3 times a day. This
helps with the strengthening of your pelvic muscles, great for delivery.
Also do the pelvic tilt everyday (I do it on all fours).

的肌肉收缩能够治疗好，mm别担心，如果要手术治疗的都是年龄很大，pelvic的肌肉已
经失去功能或者有其他创伤。
不过自然生产确实是引起prolapse的一个重要原因，这个已经临床证明了，曾经在生产

快点，pelvic的扫一次至少得一小时，你让小孩躺一小时不能动，人早不耐烦了，一般
一台scanner一个上午也就接待4-5个病人
更别提很多MRI病人要注射钆离子，很多人对这个过敏，所以MRI的用途非常有限 |

pelvic exam is CT of abdomen and pelvis,
other test i could think of is endoscopy,
if HIDA scan with cck injection is still normal, probably is not gallbladder
related, but you could always go to extreme and get an exploratory

，很方便的。我的保险是全部cover的（保险上面找不到这一项，但是基本上学校里头
的都搞定。mm查一查学校是否有women clinic，就能搞这些检查。检查就是护士而已，
都用不到医生）
先是填表，一个助手帮忙量身高，体重，血压等基本参数。
检查的是一个护士阿姨，交谈一番，问了些基本的问题。
检查主要是三个部分，
pelvic exams，pap smears，breast exams
breast exam 是触诊，就是看看有没有什么肿块异常之类的，另外告诉了在家自己怎么
自己查看，预防乳腺癌，不过她说乳腺癌比较危险是40岁以后，暂时不用担心。
pelvic exam应该就是指检以及观察？俺也分不太清楚……会稍微有点不舒服，但是护
士很温柔，在操作之前会先打好招呼要干什么，不会觉得突兀。
pap smears 宫颈涂片，预防宫颈癌。结果需要过两周才出来。
不同的地方可能有不同的流程，不过基本上就这几个。 |
