Tax on consumption is a terrible idea, unless it is public policy to limit
national consumption for some reason. My point is a government that is also
a currency sovereign does not rely on tax receipt (otherwise, how can it

叹。
狂士们的表面是惊世骇俗，是不同的药和不同的酒。不同的药与酒的掩盖下，是一颗共
同的追求言论自由的心。
Ann Coulter 则是这么一位现代狂士。我当然不是说安是个喝酒嗑药的瘾君子的意思
，我不知道她是不是瘾君子，她是不是瘾君子也不重要，重要的是她说的话。更确切地

重要的。
