被警察截住，说我在限制速度为55 英里地段开85 英里。说实在，当时很早，高速上确

penal，proportion这些大的地方以外，对我来说，以下这些相对细节的东西对提升档
次来说性价比最高。
1. 氙气大灯，相对于满大街的黄不拉几的halogen大灯，微微泛点蓝光的氙气大灯漂亮
多了，当然色温不能太高，否则太蓝，让人一眼就看出来不是OEM的，跟那些自己乱改
车的小dude混为一谈了。
2. projector lens，相对于反射大灯，projector lens显得炯炯有神，就算是不开灯
的时候也像两个眼珠子一样，普通的反射大灯看上去像死人的白眼一样。
3. 无骨雨刷，相对于普通雨刷，无骨的看上去就高个档次，实际效果也更好。
4. led tail/brake lights，都啥年代了，还有那么多车用小灯泡，led刹车灯/尾灯不
仅反应时间快，亮度高，寿命长，更重要的是可以把尾灯弄成各种不常见的形状。
5. 铝合金轮子，不用太大，普通轿车17寸以上就够了，最受不了的是那些铁轮子盖个
塑料盖的，有些塑料盖还有点变形，结果开起来后看轮子好像没装紧一样晃来晃去，要
多屌丝有多屌丝。

7月底吃了张超速罚单， 大约400块钱， 要8月21号上庭。 但是我八月初就搬家离
开这个城市去外地上班， 不方便回来。 就上网找了个帮dismiss case的律师。
丫说交一百块钱， 就给我不停的改上庭时间， 改来改去改到直接dismiss， 如果不成
功， 也不用我回来上庭。 我觉得这个比较方便， 就花钱雇了他。
结果8月20号还是没有他任何消息， 上网一查， 上庭时间仍然是21号， 就有点急眼，
发email他不回， 打电话留言两次他倒是都回电话了， 但是翻来覆去就是告诉我不要
急， 他有经验， 就是这样的很正常， blah blah。 我觉得如果他是骗子的话就不会

I was just shocked by my own BMW dealer. For this type damage, they have to
blend and paint the whole door. It also includes the labor to take off the
door. If this is a leased car, you should fix it perfectly. If you own it,
go to other body shop to get a better price. I have scraches, like those
deep ones, on the penal around the weel. Dealer priced over $2500.

up at all. i recently also went over my contract with liberty mutual, and it
clearly states that claims below 1000 are not penalized.
so, the common belief that any claim leads to premium increase may not
always be true. it may depend on the insurance company of course. |

jealous or reason the truth out with your own belief.
fyi, although my insurance company doesn't penalize me for claims <1000, i

事情开始与一次road rage,一个菲律宾女人在stop sign没有守规矩差点撞上我，我当
时有点激动就cut off她了，然后再她前面逼了她一下，于是她也被惹到，跟着我回到
了apartment gate的口，在我等大门开的时候下车冲了上来，气焰嚣张并出言不逊，我
在她接近了我的车之后才下车，交换了一些dirty words之后，她把手上的太阳眼镜甩
到了我脸上。我出于本能反应还了她一掌，但是我敢保证是非常有分寸的一掌，绝对没
有下狠力，打在了她的头上。她的反应也证实了这一点，她并没有表现出疼痛，继续很
嚣张地骂骂咧咧，并在我迅速回车之后还用力敲打我的车窗。我不想事情闹大就回家了。

吧。 不过无所谓了，大蜜给你一个简单指导。 在你match 部分满后是否有没有必要，
这个问题要由你现在的tax bracket 和未来的赚钱能力来决定。
如果你现在刚刚开始AP, 可能钱还不是太多的时候，大蜜建议在match 部分满之后，可
以开一下Roth IRA, 用after tax的钱投进去， 为什么？ 因为你现在的tax bracket
低，而且买房子还可以拿出钱来没有penality. 而如果你现在的tax rate已经很高了，
比如你在商学院，或者和你家人一起收入很高，那没有悬念，尽量maximize 你的
contributions.

因检察官追究到底，经历漫长,律师费每天$2000，花费数以万计
从过庭，预审，庭审，陪审团判决，最后 not guilty 释放
我被扔进了监牢(一)
来美国5年，从来没有想到有朝一日能带着手铐走入美国的监牢，平时的小心做人
，胆战心惊的遵守美国当地的法律，最后有一天却换来了这样的结果，仅仅就是因为在
中国人看起来是一个很小的事情，却付出了惨痛的代价。
如果你是刚来美国的中国人，或者你是已经来这里很久的中国人，也许你现在没有
合法的身份，也许你现在有合法的身份，也许你已经有了绿卡，更也许你已经变成了美
国的公民。。。如果你觉得你自己骨子里还是中国人，那我的这个经验也许会给你个启
示，也希望每个在美国或者国外生活的中国人能以我的教训为戒，千万不要糊里糊涂的
被老婆扔进监牢。
本人来美后一直居住在加州，按后来公诉我的罪名，此次犯的是典型的“家庭暴力
”罪，法律代码是 422 e (轻罪) 在整个事件中，经历了36天梦魇般的生活，期间在法
庭出庭多次，最后因为自己的坚持走进陪审团(Jury) 审理程序。经过陪审团4天的折腾
