房子的租期是今年6月1日到8月1日，短租的暑假，租金750每月，security deposit同
样的数目。与其他两名室友合租。
8月1日查房的时候房东发现她的granite counter top有一块变色了，很不高兴，想把
整块counter top换了，说要扣留我们的security deposit，会找公司报价之后再联系
我们。她说肯定是我们把烫的锅子直接放在台子上造成的。我们一直不承认。因为那一
块地方是放的调料，从来没有放过锅子。而且granite就是因为抗高温的特点，才卖的
比较贵的。
她说换变色的部分counter top不会太多，也就几百块。
我们当时就觉得，几百块对她来说不多，对我们来说太多了，就据理力争。
首先，变色的原因不明，如果是因为烫坏了，那就根本不是我们，如果是其他原因，倒

提改进意见。这个方子最后做出来的结果似乎对油的用量很sensitive。少一点，面包
就容易散，多一点，发面效果又受影响。
机器：使用Sunbeam面包机，型号5890（WalMart常见型号）
配方中各种材料的用量均按体积计算。
面粉使用bread flour。All purpose flour也可以，但做出的面包弹性和拉丝效果略差。
另外需要两个鸡蛋，牛奶，ultra penetrated牛奶，黄油 ，白糖，盐，玉米油，少许
芝麻。
制作步骤：
1、制作汤种：
用1份面粉和5份水（可以用牛奶代替）放入锅中调成浊液。 锅用中火加热，同时用筷
子持续搅拌。
记住搅拌一刻也不能停，因为面粉一旦沉淀，马上会受热凝结。直到水快要烧开的时候
，液体会变成糊状。搅拌时会留下明显的糊状痕迹。这时汤种就算做好了。乘如容器中
放凉（最好在冰箱中放置一夜）。
2、制作面团：
先在面包机中放1份水(可以用一个打散的鸡蛋，外加ultra penetrated牛奶代替，用
heavy whiping cream奶也行）。

刚又google了一圈，发现wd-40竟然不是专门当作penetration oil用的。至少也要pb
blaster或者liquid wrench之类的。刚买了一罐子wd-40不知道哪年才用完，faint死了
。谁有更强力的penetration oil推荐没？
顺便多问一下，那个螺杆很粗(3/4inch & 1-1/16hex head)，普通钻头估计根本搞不定
，大家有那种可以钻铁或者不锈钢的高强度钻头的英文名或者link吗？ |

2周了，跟大伙儿一样high的不行。好的大家都说了不少，就说说他有待改进的一些吧：
1.挡拆时候的传球。发现lin习惯多突一步，在比较深的地方传，而不是像nash或者老
斯那样在错位的一瞬间传。大家可以回忆一下给小厮的几次助攻，都是突得很深，吸引
封盖之后传出来的。我个人认为这是个缺点。说明lin在击地传球时机和角度的把握上
还有很大的不足(当然，参照系是伟大的nash)。这也就是为什么和小厮配合了几场，漂
亮的pick&roll没打出太多的一个原因（另一个是小厮现在状态也一般）。。。
2.推进过中场的速度稍嫌太慢（请不要和快攻混淆）。这本来不是个缺点，但在安东尼
的体系下算一个。这也可能和这两周他的体力有关。不论什么原因，他的推进速度都一
定程度上改变了run & gun的节奏，成了更多的阵地进攻。
3.传球的risk偏高。传球很多时候risk和进球的可能是双刃剑。太想直接形成助攻的结

跑比较差，这个总结得太笼统了。关键是你高估了pistol而低估乌鸦的RunD.这个赛季
乌鸦碰到过打pistol的红皮。的确红皮的前两个进攻drive让乌鸦很不适应，但是之后
RG3和Morris的跑攻就都被shut down了。
Read option的精髓是后发制人，具体来说就是QB等待对位的OLB暴露防守意图再选择自
己的进攻方式。遇到没有discipline的Def，QB会完全跑开。再比如发空和三番的比赛，
亚伯拉罕played very conservatively to take out QB run,却导致Gore的running
lane大开。
回到乌鸦红皮那场。注意那场比赛Suggs因伤缺阵，由undrafted FA McClellan和
rookie Upshaw来轮流打这个位置。由于都没有NFL比赛经验，不会阅读比赛，两个人
只能老老实实做到不丢外线给RG3，让FB轻松attack ILB to open running lane for
