1。几个保湿的面膜。就是大家经常说的那几个，金盏菊花水，fresh rose mask，l'
occitane honey harvest，SKII补水面膜，Jurlique deep penetrating mask。我最喜
欢右一，jurlique的deep penetrating mask。
2。万能油，vitamin E，呵呵，这个我也很喜欢用，晚上涂一脸。这个东西比较油，粘
粘的，适合干皮用，我觉得比啥东西都“滋润”（超粘）。
3。珍珠粉，自己弄面膜的时候用，也可以放在cream里，当晚霜。
4。左边是kimswipe，可以敷脖子用，^_^，敷脸我一般用纸膜。右边的是一个很好用的
化妆棉，没有任何屑屑，用着很爽，缺点是费化妆水，因为比较厚。

（小于10%）。Null mutation的双突变致死（synthetic lethal），但是a和b的各自的
weak allele的组合不致死，但是导致的表型X的penetrance达到了70%。请问该怎么解
释啊？
PS: a和b都是membrane receptor，有各自不同的ligand和signaling pathway，但有研
究表明它们可能可以形成co-receptor，但是ligand和signaling pathway未知。

你说的用IBD的方法是nonparametric的，优点是不需要假设penetrance，缺点是power
比较低，并且容易受到sporadic cases的干扰
我首先想到的是MLE的方法，也就是LOD score的方法，是parametric的，在这种方法中
control对likelihood也是同样有贡献的，因此power更高，但缺点是需要假设
penetrance，当假设与实际情况差别较大的时候效果并不如nonparametric的方法
我刚才没考虑到nonparametric的方法，所以说得不够准确，不好意思

如果回交造成了penetrance的改变，最有可能的是这个background的位点对此基因作用
有很大的影响，而不是因为交过几代之后老鼠适应了Tg 蛋白质。
Tg老鼠回交可以适应这种说法，如果真能实验证明了，拉马克学说基本上也就是被证实
了。而且Tg老鼠改变penetrance直到减小到没有如果是因为传代次数而不是因为
遗传背景，哭的应该是Jax了吧。

假设同性恋基因存在，有些人携带同性恋基因但是并没有表现出来，在生理和心理上都
是异性恋，然后正常与异性结婚生子，从而将基因传递下去，是有这种可能的。
但是老衲的遗传学基本概念还没有完全忘光，penetration这东西也是有不同的degree
的。除非假设中存在的同性恋基因是完全的dichotomous，只有严格的同性恋和严格的
异性恋表型，否则在这两者之间还是会有若干程度不同的双性恋的。所以我说如果gay
坚持认为gay是天生的，那么gay流传至今必然会有乱性的存在。
想从理论上给同性恋正名的，还是多花点钱，多找几个同性恋测测序，看看同性恋是不
是跟某些SNP有关，这些SNP是不是和某些有利的表型有关联。不过看这样子同性恋多是
上蹿下跳的主儿，要真刀真枪干点什么事情就萎了。 |

你对penetration的理解只是单一基因剂量效应，相当于hyper或者hypomorphic effect
导致的变化
实际上，人群中不同基因剂量多样性很大，很多表型的结果是多个基因的epistatic
interaction的结果。 举个例子，实际上一个同性恋表征的存在往往是
genotype A +/-; B+/-; C+/- 的表征而不是 单个基因haploinsufficiency的表征。
这三个基因单独haploinsufficiency可能都有别的advantage导致能够被遗传。

也是仁者见仁智者见智。和生物一样，股市也是复杂非线性系统。我觉得这类系统，在
微观尺度，比如每个蛋白的分子水平功能，机理可以很清楚，甚至可以是
deterministic。在宏观尺度，比如发育，衰老，疾病，进化等个体群体物种水平，也
可以很清楚，不是deterministic，机理也是有迹可寻的，或者是“收敛”的。但在中
间的尺度，似乎是混乱的，经常有outlier，所以很难知道机理，顶多分离出一小部分
，在特定理想条件下可以。我认为现在的生物学研究，无论是传统的deterministic方
法一个一个基因和蛋白的去研究，还是genomics，都无法解决中间层次的问题。最典型
的可以看遗传病。对penetrance很高的病，有某个突变，几乎一定可以得病，宏观上算
是predictable。微观上的蛋白的分子功能也可以知道。可是中间的过程，为什么突变

圣塔芭芭拉华裔中医师灭门案审前听证交叉质询，2日进入最后一天。检方首次公布韩伟东一家三口验尸照片，法医处官员出庭作证说明三人死因。根据验尸报告与照片，韩伟东一家三口共身中14弹，全都在头部。韩伟东夫妇各中三弹，遇害时仅六岁多的韩宇馨（Emily Han）头部竟被开了八枪，其中眉心附近一处伤痕更是近距离「行刑式」枪伤。被告哈布什（Pierre Haobsh）面对三名死者中枪的验尸照片，目光明显逃避，不敢直视。
当天出庭作证的圣塔芭芭拉县法医处（Santa Barbara Coroners Office）法医专家Manny Montez作为检方传唤证人首次出庭，检方拿出近十张尸检报告当庭展示，要求辨认及说明韩伟东、于汇杰、韩宇馨一家三口中弹情况及死亡原因。与几日前看到裹尸、韩家宅院照片时注目观看不同，当天现身法庭的被告哈布什（Pierre Haobsh），在整个庭审过程中，仅对投影仪放映出的韩家三人死亡照片匆匆一瞥，便迅速收回目光。

On August 14, 1941, the vanguard of the German 8th Panzer Division
approached Krasnogvardeysk (Gatchina) near Leningrad (St Petersburg), and
the only Soviet force available at the time to attempt to stop the German
advance consisted of five well-hidden KV-1 tanks, dug in within a grove at
the edge of a swamp. KV-1 tank no. 864 was commanded by the leader of this
