吃了3天（8片500mg的）。。。从7号左右大腿上开始起hives和rash，很痒，就去看了
医生，竟然说没事回去擦tropical lotion止痒。我自己开始吃Benedryl, 可是不见好
。rash延续到身上，结果12号周六早上去了ER，医生说给吃prednisone（50mg per day
)。之后的两天，疹子开始消退。不过昨天太忙忘记take dose 10个小时，身上又开始
起疹子了，虽然没有以前几天那么严重，但是还是很痒。。现在不敢多吃prednisone（
只take规定的50mg），只能忍着。
今年刚奔三，就开始奔溃（崩溃）了。。。求助，pencillin vk片过敏需要几天什么方
法治疗啊？/？ |

instance, massive produce of penicillin started after WWII which makes it
available for routine administration. During WWII, the quality and quantity
of penicillin is not reliable, even though it saved lots of lives. The

be huge. No one knows the real number. But I won't estimate the rate in

大部分都是virus引起的，都做了rapid strep antibody test了，既然是negative，就
没有理由用抗生素。用了也没有用。
你自己感觉下，如果没有咳嗽，伴有发烧，那就可能是group A beta-hemolytic strep
感染了。
如果每年都要变成阳性，你自己在国内买够penicillin就好了，不用在这里看医生：）
group A strep对penicillin没有resistant,如果真是strep感染，2天就有效了。

antibiotics只是一个概念，并不等同与某一种具体的物质。 antibiotics是因
bacteria的种类而异的。 譬如说penicillin对于某种bacterium就是nutrient，对于
gram+的bacteria就是antibiotics， 而glucose对于大部分bacteria就是nutrient，而
可能对于某种bacterium就是antibiotics。 这不过就是一个概念的问题，一个历史遗
留问题。 只能说明人类的知识太有限，在博大的自然中如此的渺小。
人类一思考，上帝就发笑。 当Fleming说penicillin是antibiotics，上帝笑了。

TID OR QID for 7 days or 5 days？今天一个PA说她学的是QID. 但uptodate 和
micromedex都是BID,快速看了idsa uti guideline，没提到keflex dosing，只有
提到证据不充分，也不知道是resistance problem 还是 lack of efficacy...
2. 今天进来那个巨臭的人，在床上躺了半年没人管，背上ulcer流得稀里哗啦，一想到
就噁心。。。anyway，admitted for hyperkalemia, renal failure, sepsis,

This NDM-1 is a gene that could help a lot of gram-negative bacteria to
