enrolled in health insurance through ObamaCare, the administration
announced Friday.
Because of the mistake, tax credits were calculated either too high or too

随着与chuck越来越多的接触与交流，对他有了更深一步的了解，他为选民服务的信念
，更让我刮目相看。从Chuck 一再坚持的事情中我感受到林肯所宣扬的“government
of the people, by the people,for the people".
他的坚持之二是by the people. Chuck 走到哪都会对选民讲，他愿意与选民多交谈，
聆听他们的意见；了解他们的饥苦，理解他们的所思所虑；从而发现问题，找出根结做
出决择解决问题。他每一次与选民见面，都喜欢与大家一起讨论交流。他曾在一次与我
先生交谈中，很高兴我先生教了他一些东西。我们可以看到他希望他的决定来自于普通
选民百姓。

他的坚持之三是Government of the people. Chuck 曾谈到如何面对Saratoga市府工作
人员要求退休养老金从工资2%增加到2.5%。他发现这钱不是从工作人员个人工资中扣除
，而是全部由市政府负担，换句话由我们老百姓替政府工作人员买单.他提出解决办法
必须由个人承担，市政府不再负担。由于市府工作人员不想出，就夭折了。他很好阻止
市府把大家的钱花到某些利益群体身上。我们老百姓希望把钱花在对大家都有利的事情
上，而不是某些利益小集团上。政府的钱来自大家，为了防止被胡乱花掉，我们需要一
个能替大家监督管理的人。
