my mom has stomach problem. She took "ranitidine hydochloride capsules (
ranitidine 150mg)" at home. I have pepcid ac (famotidine 20mg), and she
tried it, seems work pretty well.
She has high cholestrol, and is taking medicine for that too.
I am wondering if she is ok to take pepcid ac.

询一下．我是定期体检的时候医生推荐的．

国内类似功效的是＂丽珠得乐＂，治胃溃疡的特效药．不过以前在国内的时候医生说这
种药不能多吃，大概一两个疗程好了以后没有必要最好就停掉．
胃酸过多这种情况因人而异，不是每种药任何时候都有效．我前一两次犯的时候＂丽珠
得乐＂给治好了，不过第三次的时候就不太有效了，最后还是吃Pepcid给吃好的．
还有这种药得一个疗程一个疗程地吃，偶尔吃一两回不一定有持久效果．
当然，胃病三分治七分养，平时保持一个好心情，定期饮食最重要．

我的早孕反应从第六周开始。当我从网上读到，百分之七、八十的准妈在孕早期会恶心
甚至孕吐并且一般是从第六周开始，我就知道自己难以幸免（老公安慰我，说我的胃口
一向很好，不会中招。可是 …）。我的身高、体重等等都处在正态分布中心位置的正
负一倍方差之内，概率这东西我恐怕很难逆袭。一开始是恶心、干呕、没有胃口，症状
全天都有但是可以忍受，每天只能吃点青菜豆腐。一到做晚饭的时间就被老公赶进卧室
（我说是小黑屋。老公一下班就卷起袖子包揽厨房的一切事情，很给力，赞一个）。一
来避油烟，二来酝酿一下胃口。这段时间喝水也想吐，所以水小口喝，每天喝得不多。
两周后我发现自己开始便秘（当时还不敢太用力，其实没事），而且走两步就喘。血检
的时候发现红血球偏低。除了孕期荷尔蒙飙升的缘故，这些新状况大概也是自己液体摄
入不够，纤维素吃得少，运动量变小，加上食物种类太少、压根没胃口吃肉（很怀念当

。还有送辣椒去洗牙得时候，不能给早饭，vet就让吃pepcid防止胃酸分泌过多。
很多狗消化不好或者没有按时吃饭都会吐吐，早晨比较常见，所以有得vet建议午夜给
个饼干或者一片pepcide. 小破狗不吐是身体好，不代表这种现象不存在 |

成楼上说吃馒头的。
还是尽早做检查。检查之前可以吃OTC的控制胃酸的药，比如pepcid和楼上说的
prevacid。prilosec是处方药。 |

mechanism in blocking the stomic acid formation and proved clinically more
effective.
Prilosec, Pepcid and Zantac (which is the comercial name of ranitidine) are

doctors would see you, but i don't think private hospitals have shorter
waiting period, as long as it's not an emergency,

everybody has a little bit acid reflux, more prominent at night in supine
position, stress and late meals exacerbate the condition,
i think prilosec works just as good as nexium/protonix/aciphex/prevacid |

nexium has half life about 1 hour or so and should be out of your system
after 24 hours,
watch your diet, stay away from spicy, greasy food, choclate, coffee and
such, try not to eat 4 hours before you go to bed and keep a couple big
pillows to keep your head elevated, can try pepcid or pepto bismol, both are
over the counter, and wait to see if your GI doctor want to scope you, |

鉴于国人的胃病，胃癌发病率居世界之所。我来给大家一点小科普
【1】绝大部分的胃癌，都跟幽门螺旋杆菌有关（不是绝对的）。主要原因：幽门螺旋
杆菌-->胃粘膜破坏，失去胃液分泌功能-->胃黏膜肠化生-->导致癌变（10%的机会）
【2】老中喜欢吃辣的，油腻的，暴饮暴食，，吃烫的，导致GERD (胃反流），会引起
食管粘膜破坏，会引起贝氏病变。这时发生食管癌的机会>10%。转移到胃癌。
【3】要西化，坚决不用筷子合餐，尤其和外人，谨防交叉感染。80%的老中都是幽门螺
旋杆菌携带者。到这里就你该要吐了。
【4】有幽门螺旋杆菌不一定要治疗，但已经导致胃病，一定要治疗。anticide +
antibiotics，2星期见效，永不复发
【5】戒紧张情绪，情绪紧张会知道胃液分泌过多。

Eat less rice, more flour, like home-made noddle, MAO TOU,
if eat rice, put half cup more water, let it softer.

no chinese resturant, no spicy food, no beer,

为体位关系，胃酸不再刺激。
可以尝试稍微抬高枕头，或是睡前吃一片低剂量的OTC的止胃酸的药，PEPCID，ZANTAC

发帖数: 579 | 35 吐有好几种，需要对症下药。我的经验是千万别硬扛。我就是由于胃酸过多（当然也跟
怀孕有关），造成胃溃疡和食道溃疡。如果是这样的话，你吃再多Zofran也没用。下面
是我给别人的回帖，也是我的总结：
"吐得太厉害了就去医院输水。人脱水的话，身体器官会逐渐shut down，会表现为吃什

根据你的描述，我觉得你可以试试Pepsid. 另外，如果你的OB不能给出更好建议的话，
其实有这方面的Specialist可看的。 |

几分钟前吃的东西又被我吐光光。。。我觉得现在已经不是神经性呕吐，难受的感觉和以前不一样，头晕减少了，但胃痛增加，胃非常脆弱
，我以前吃的也是Zofran，其实吃到后来就不怎么管用了，吃了还是吐，而且便秘最多
达到5天。你说的Pepcid我想试试了。其实我昨天还想，如果能去医院输水就好了，那
样就不用吃东西，多爽啊。唉,老公说哪有你这么傻的，输水胃里没东西照样难受。而
且我也没到滴水不进的程度。还是坚持坚持吧，坚持就是胜利！ |

一般胃酸过多的话，饮食上还是以少食多餐为原则，而且以清淡为主，不吃刺激性强的
食物，包括冷的。还可以多吃些碱性的食物。一般医生都会说多喝点GINGER RALE,然后
吃TUMS。一般会有点帮助，但是如果真的严重的话，医生会开一些PEPCID,或者是
NEXIUM这些处方药帮助胃。不知道你的医生有没有开这些药，据我所知，NEXIUM算是比
较有效果的，可以问问自己的医生。希望对你有帮助。 |
