发帖数: 5901 | 1 model错误地得出高相关性的原因就是overfit。也就是说太复杂了。这是支持我的简单原则的最好例子。
给你个例子。你fit 100个data，你model有100个parameter。你可以有perfet fit。
这就是我给你讲解的意思。
教育别人的时候先明白你讲的什么。不要用支持我的例子来驳斥我。

线型的跑步死占优，其实比90年的网球要先进了不少。federer的出现是真正诠释了全面
型打法的概念，我一直都认为他的打法比桑普拉斯的要先进，桑普拉斯其实还是上网型的
打法。
说句实话，最近一段时间我感觉federer有退化成底线型功利网球的趋势，虽然这样他的
战绩可能会好些，但是两年前的他才是我最为惊艳的。去年的大师杯，温网半决赛，今年
的美网决赛都是名局，可惜不是经常可以看到。
说到谁能搞定他，现咱看来如果没有新人顶上，这批人是没希望了。虽然这样，还是想它
能提高发球，达到完美境界。
我认为他的特点有：击球点靠前，swing voley（现在少见了），foot work，almost
perfet balence.
弱点：发球，反手（相对）

矫正后和ipad4的感觉差不多

I know an aunt who cann't sleep without the TV on, she has been doing this for
more than 20 years. Every night she fall asleep while her TV keeps working.
She would wake up if the TV show stops. Her husband understands her well and
tolerants her habit. She is in perfet condition except this wired habit. I
guess some people just need particular comforts by their own. And it's OK.
Nothing is wrong as long as they feel comfortable. |

talk 之前就想好了，这次一定好好记笔记，作为回报。 谁知道talk 快完的时候，一看麦地，都好几篇了， 而且个个总结的都很棒，很全，条理清晰，感慨一下，麦地真是人才辈出啊。。。呵呵
简单写一下自己听后的总结和体会：
申请方面：
1. 7月份买token，注册AACM ID， 9月份之前争取所有documents 都在eras ready
2. OB 很重要：
A:通过OB，可以对speciality 有个了解，面试跟attending 聊天的 时 候让他觉得你对这个field 有个比较清楚的认识，而不是盲目的选择这个 specialty。比如说： 如果interviewer 问，为什么这个speciality 啊？ 自己有个很清晰 的认识的时候，就可以很自然的回答。
B:通过OB ，还可能要到一封很强的推荐信。 OB 相当于一个长期的interview。要表现出好学，性格好，注重一下自己的行头，professional 一点儿。

想想自己计划今年也递交申请，特将两个talks的笔记，再加上以前相关talk中所学总
结如下。
所谓whole package，我认为可包含以下几个部分（如有遗漏请及时补充）
1． USMLE scores：step1 and 2是match所必需。如需申请H1B，则必须有Step3。
Step3在9/10月前考掉，对病理申请有加分
90以上看whole package，90以下就要在别处下功夫，connection，USCE了
2． US clinic experience：基本有两种
OB：越多越好，感觉至少一个月才能得到好的推荐信
Externship：Americlerkship，FMG portal；inpatient is the best choice
3． all important documents
（1）personal statement：Template：Google，精化版旧帖； 最后商业机构进行修改
