to agree it, and your school has to allow it. I know some schools don't
provide research scientist title for foreigners without green card. |

我的问题是：在这封信里，既提到了'permananet'又说工作是dependent on funding
availability， 这不是自相矛盾吗？
哪位老大是通过学校以research scientist办的EB1-B，能否给个解释？能否说说您是
怎么办的？

只是和contractor相对的，只要是no fixed term就可以

that it does not have a fixed term of termination.

尔。。。我联系了个immigration lawyer，他说只需要offer letter，employment
verification letter，和g-28 form。。。在这方面，哥们有啥建议没？
